Chapter 9

Venus P.O.V.

"Oh, come on!" Mikey yelled.

Apparently winning these 'games' was the main focus on these weird devices, and I kept 'beating' them.

I have no idea what those words mean, but I enjoyed it quite a lot.

"Looks like you win, again." Leo said. "That means you beat Mikey.." He thought for a second "56 times in a row."

"She even beat my high score, dude!" Mikey pointed to the box. My name was at the top, which meant that I was the winner.

Raphael walked over to us from the dojo. "What's going on?"

"Venus beat Mikey's high score on 'Mega Ninja Robots'." Leo answered, rummaging through some other 'video games'.

"Her?" Raphael questioned. "Ha! Looks like Mikey's got some competition."

"Pfft. She's not better at everything than me." Mikey said.

"Such as?"

"Uhh... I don't know. We'll just have to find out." He got up and pulled me up from my seat. "Come on, Vee. Let's try cooking."

"Good luck!" Raphael yelled at us as we went into the tunnels from last night.

Mikey grabbed some things out from the tiny doors on the wall.

"Okay," he started. "We're going to make my all time favorite food. Can you guess what that is?"

I have no idea what he wants and why we are doing this, but I just went along with it.

The sooner I can contact a Kraang and get out of here the better.

I shrugged.

He shoved some weird thing in my face with a picture of- "PIZZA!!"

Mikey pulled it back and started to blabber on about 'cooking' while grabbing 'ingredients' and putting them in some sort of round thing.

After he was done with that, he handed me a weird device.

"See this whisk? You are going to stir the ingredients with it." Mikey said, handing me the half round object.

I looked at him, not sure what to do.

He smacked his forehead. "That's right! You don't know a lot. Here, I'll show you, and you'll copy me. Okay?"

I nodded as he took it away from me and started to 'stir'.

"See how everything is mixing together?" I watched as everything he put in there started to combine. "This is going to be the base for our pizza. It's going to be the crust."

Mikey handed it back to me. "Now it's your turn."

I started to stir or mix or, uh, whatever it's called.

"Good. While you're doing that, in going to be making the sauce." He did some weird movement with his arms as he said 'sauce'.

Mikey went and started to get more ingredients from different places.

I don't know why, but I feel some sort of connection between us. Whatever it is, it's-

I stopped stirring and looked around.

There was a Kraang nearby.

Mikey P.O.V.

As I was mixing the sauce ingredients, I turned around to check on how Vee was doing.

"Okay, let me see-" She was staring at the wall, clutching the bowl. "Vee?"

Inching toward her, I reached out and touched her shoulder. She snapped out of it and looked at me, surprised. "Are you okay?"

Venus set the bowl down on the table, grabbed my arm, and started running.

I know, this chapter is short. But I just couldn't think of any ideas. :/

I started writing my Lego Ninjago fanfiction! It starts right before he gets the message in the bottle.

I'm making it more detailed and having some more action. If you see anything that a person said and/or did that didn't happen, I just don't want to get in trouble with copyrights.
