Chapter 11

Donatello's P.O.V.

Mikey was so dead when I get to him! I gave him specific instructions for Venus to take it easy, and what does he do? He does the complete opposite.

Raph and Leo were following me as I led them through the sewers, tracking Mikey's phone.

"Almost there." I told them.

Leo looked a bit upset and worried, and Raph.. Raphael wanted to smash something this very instant. I wouldn't blame them, Mikey should've been more-

Mikey was moving on the radar. I stopped dead in my tracks.

"Why did we stop?" Leo asked.

"It's Mikey." I said, watching the glowing dot on my screen. "He's coming our way."

"How far away is he?"

"Not that far. I think he-"

There was screaming in the distance as Mikey came into view. There were some Kraang shooting him from behind.

Raph smirked and spun his sai. "Finally, some action!"

He ran as Leo chased close behind, yelling at him to wait and follow orders.

I sighed and followed them, my staff out and the tracker put away.

Raph and Leo swung into action while me and Mikey teamed up against three Kraang that were surrounding us.

"Mikey?" I asked.

"Yes, D?" He questioned, getting into his battle stance.

"Where." I swung my bo staff and whacked a Kraang's head off. "Is." I jabbed one in the chest with my spear. "Venus!" I yelled at him as he turned around from destroying a Kraang.

"Uh.. Well, you see." He took a deep breath. "Venusranintothetunnelsandgrabbedmyarmandshesreallystrongeventhoughshedoesntlooklikeitandwouldntletgoofmyarmasshedraggedmethroughthetunnelsand-"

I put my finger to his lips. "Just answer me this question." I breathed, trying to stay calm. "Do you know where Venus is? Yes or no?"

"Yeah," He looked over my shoulder, wide-eyed. "And she looks pretty angry."

I turned around and saw Venus. She had the metal collar back on, with blue sparks of electricity on her arms. The electricity was sparking out of the corners of her now white eyes every now and then.

The remaining Kraang backed away uneasily.

"Oh shell.."

Me and Mikey started to back away as Leo and Raph came to our sides.

"Either we're going to watch the Kraang firework show or we're screwed." Mikey spoke up.

We all got into our battle stance, weapons out, and ready for any attack that came our way.

"Guys, she's just a kid." He shrugged towards her. "How hard could it be?"

Raphael ran towards her.

"Raphael! No!" Leo warned. But he didn't listen.

She walked slowly towards him. As if she could read his mind, she stepped to the side as he jabbed at her and elbowed his back, making him fall.

He growled and got back up. She just kept walking towards the rest of us.

Leo ran towards her, as Raph ran at her back.

She just stopped.

Leonardo sliced at her with his katana. She easily dodged everyone of his attacks.

Raphael came up from behind and tried to ram her. But she flipped over Leo, kicked him towards Raph who couldn't stop in time.

They laid in a heap on the floor, groaning in pain.

She then turned to us and continued walking. Electricity sparking from her arms even bigger.

Okay, this wasn't going to be as easy as Raph said it would be.

"Don?" Mikey broke my thoughts.

"Yes?" I sounded more scared than I was.

"What's the plan?"

I thought for a quick second and looked around. "I, uh-"

"Look out!" Michelangelo tackled me to the ground as a bolt of electricity was shot at me.

I got up and took a step back. "Use defense, try not to get shocked, and get Leo and Raph to a safe place."

"You got it, D!" He swung his nunchucks and ran towards Venus, I was close behind.

Mikey jumped over her at the last second, trying to shoot a bolt of electricity at him.

As she was distracted, I swung my staff and hit her right across the face.

She didn't stumble, back up, or shift. Her head just whipped to the side as I hit her.

She then faced me and tried to swing a punch at my gut. I dodged though, luckily.

Venus then started to attack wherever she could. I tried to look at what Mikey was doing, but I got a swipe to the legs and almost wasn't able to get back up in time.

I threw some ninja stars at her with a smoke bomb hidden in there.

As soon as I threw them and the smoke bomb hit the ground, I quickly looked over and saw that Mikey had already taken out all the Kraang droids and was now helping Raph and Leo.

I turned back to where Venus was.. "Where did she go?"

I looked around wearily. Listening for any movement.

"Mikey," I said. "Get Leo and Raph and get out of here, now!"

"Why? What's the problem?" He asked, Leo limping in his arms, trying to stay awake.

"Venus disappeared somewhere, so be-" All of a sudden, I felt a white hot familiar pain. Electricity coursed throughout my body, from my back.

I screamed and screamed for what seemed like hours.

The pain soon ceased though and I fall to the floor.

Mikey screams my name in the distance as I slip into darkness.

Anyways, since I didn't update last week like I was supposed to, I'm going to update again this week. :)
