Our Little Sister

Chapter 7

Mikey P.O.V.

I woke up earlier than everyone else (as usual) and immediately waltzed into the kitchen to make breakfast.

"What should I make today.." I would ask Venus, but she's still asleep. I don't even know what she likes so.. "I'll just make everything!"

After my decision, I went to work.

***Time Skippy Doodle***

I finally finished the last dish, scrambled eggs! I put them on a plate and smelled the air. It smelled sooo good I could just.. "No!" I pinched myself. I can't eat them until everyone else is awake.

I quickly set the eggs on the table and started making some coffee for Donnie. It smelled pretty good when it brewed, but it tasted terrible! Except for the coffees that April brings every now and then, those are good. Mainly because of the sugar and flavoring stuff they put in there.

"What's all this?" I turn to see Raph.

"The 'Ultimate Breakfast'."

He sighed and sat down. "Yeah, definitely 'ultimate', considering there are three types of differently cooked eggs here."

"Well, I just wanted Venus to feel at home, but I didn't know what she liked to eat so I made everything!" I  motioned to the table.

"Yeah- wait. Who's Venus?"

"Our new sibling."

"And you have a name for pher. Of course you do." He agitatedly got his plate and started filling it up.

Just then, Don walked in groggily, sat down, and laid his head o the table.

"Right on time D." I slid over to the coffee pot and poured it into a cup. "Want any creamer in it?"

"Mmmm..." he raised up his hand.

"Okay then." I gave him his coffee and sat down myself to start eating.

Master Splinter came in with Leonardo and Venus. "Why don't you go sit beside Michelangelo." He said to Venus, pointing over to the seat beside me.

She came over, sat down, and looked at all the food in front of her.

"I didn't know what you would like to eat, so I just made everything."

She looked at me like she didn't know what I was talking about.

"You can eat anything on this table. I made it for everyone." She still looked confused, but started to grab whatever she wanted.

I smiled and started to eat again. Having a little sister is going to be fun. I'm going to teach her all the cool stuff. Unlike the others, I will be the best older (heheh, it sounds weird saying it) brother ever!

"So, I hear this young turtle is a girl." Master Splinter said, interrupting my thoughts. "And I also hear that her name is Venus. Is that right, Michelangelo?"

"Hai, Sensei." I said through mouthfuls. "I looked through your art book. I thought you might want to name her something from that and I thought Venus was a nice name."

"I, too, enjoy that name Michelangelo."

Venus P.O.V.

Mikey got really excited that everybody was going to start calling me 'Venus' instead of #2213. I don't see why they wanted to call me that, my original name was simple and easier to remember.

Mikey wrapped his arm around me. "Today, is going to be awesome! I'm going to teach you how to do all the cool stuff. And they.." he looked over at the others. "They will teach you some other stuff."

"For your information," Leo started, "We will teach her some cool stuff too ya know."

"Sure. Whatever you say. Cmon!" He dragged me away from the food. "Let's go to the dojo."

The others were starting to put stuff away, so I was guessing they would be coming shortly.

We went into the room where I went to talk to the tall rat man.

Mikey dragged me over and sat on his knees, I followed and sat on my knees like him. The others came in shortly after and sat down also.

Master Splinter came in as soon as the others came and sat underneath the tree in the middle of the room. "Today," he said "we are going to be doing one-on-one training. Donnie and Raphael. Come forwards."

They stood up and walked each side of the room. Donnie on the left, Raphael on the right.

They then went into some sort of pose..

"Hajime."

All of a sudden, they started to attack each other! What was going!? I had a million questions racing through my head all at once.

"It's okay Vee," Mikey whispered to me, "you won't have to do this." I relaxed a little. "But Master Splinter might want to train you a little." Train? What was that? Was it fighting! I didn't like to do that.

I looked over at Mikey, wanting to ask these questions. But the problem was I didn't even know how to speak like they did.

All of a sudden, I saw something out of the corner of my eye and looked to see what it was.

Pow!

"Ooooohh.."

I shook my head and looked at what hit me. It was Donnie, laying on top of me. We went through the door and were outside of the room.

Donnie looked up, dazed. "Did I win..?"

Welp. That's basically all I have for this chapter.

Okay, so, exciting news! School will be ending soon (end of April) which means I will be posting more! Yay!!
