"Kaitlynn, your up next." I was breathing heavily. Today was the day I get to see if I'm good enough for this gig, to see if I'm ready for the pros. If this is ruined, I'm ruined, my whole life, wasted. Well that's not entirely true. Most girls would trade places with me in an instant, but little did they know that this was the hardest job in the world. Especially pursuing it at the age of 15. I work as a model, (or as my classmates like to refer it to, the work of snobbiness) for the TEEN magazine. I do competitive modeling too,( like Miss America/Miss Universe ) and that's what I'm doing right now, Miss America of course, Universe is for later.... Even though I'm not referred to as BEAUTIFUL, pretty can be another word. I wouldn't call myself that because, well.... well... Who would...? I am one of the most Popular girls in the Carrie Town High School. Yet not for good reasons, I don't have, like, actual friends, just girls & boys who want my life and the pros of it (without working for it, of course..!!!) " 3, 2, 1..." The stage manager whispered. Music blared through the loud speakers. This is my normal life. Well not your normal but MY normal. Especially with my so called "friends" sitting in the audience, watching me catwalk down the runway in a blue ball gown. Some fun....?
