Chapter 17

                It was almost midnight when I woke up and was very much irritated when Harc weren’t here so I went to the woods and looked for Joseph.

                Then Joseph came to me in his wolf form and said “There is a party at one of our wolves – just maybe he might be there.”

                “Can we go there?” I asked him.

                “Yeah, sure no problem” he said and then I grabbed my clothes and run to the house not far from the pack house. I scented Harc and alcohol and drunken people.

                Then Joseph and I changed to our human form and wore our clothes. Joseph started to walk and we were sneaking in.  Middle of the party and then followed Harc’s scent that is mixed with a beta scent wolf. But I am with Joseph so I am confused as the scent was familiar.

                “Here” I told Joseph getting in to the back door. Then heard Harc yelling so I went near to their scent and then Jessica kissed him.

                I was shocked and confused and felt flushed and mad – very mad. I am starting to lose control. Then Joseph cleared his throat and the both of them looking at us.

                I am about to go crazy with all of this. Cheating! My eyes then got cold knowing it changed to Amber.

                Harc was heading to me but with all my force I pushed him to the side and went to Jessica whom i grabbed in the neck and pulled into the woods.

                Harc and Joseph following us screaming my name. And then I threw Jessica on the ground. But she stood and said arrogantly “You want a fight? – you wanna know how I differ from you?”

                But Harc said “No, stop this!” with his Alpha voice. But we didn’t listen to him.

                I answered Jessica back “Come on, let’s do this”

                I forced my hand down and my nail grew. Jessica’s eye widened but she was determined so she turned to her wolf form.

                “You never engage me” I told her and then ran to her and she ran to me.

                I grabbed her neck again and locked it to my grip and then threw her with my force. She again fell to the ground.

                Looking at her she was again to stand up and I was waiting for her attack but then again she ran back to me aiming for my head, I was dodging every inch of her claws and then I got tired so I punch her on her side hearing a bone crack. Amber is a strong wolf so no yeah she had hit Jessica well.

                Jessica fell down and started to howl a whimper and other wolves were coming at us. But Amber was in control. Jessica was forcing herself to stand up but then couldn’t.

                Then Harc came and went in front of me cupped my arms and looked at me into the eyes and said “Stop, you don’t have to do this – I love you Leira” then he hugged me feeling calmed.

                Then Jessica started to growl and I felt my eyes turning to blue and my hands to normal. I was still mad at Harc so I changed to wolf form and ran as fast as I could, wanting to exhaust myself.

                Leaving everyone on the scene but Harc’s scent went stronger and was now following me.

                I ran deeper and deeper to the woods. I then changed to my human form and then punched the poor tree.

                Bullshit!

                Then Harc came in his wolf form looking at me naked.

                “How could you do that?” I asked him.

                Then he stood down and his wolf looking at me.

                ‘Jessica sent you the message so I confronted her – but her friends have told her you were there so she kissed me to look like we were doing something when you walk out the door.’ He said

                Hearing what he said I was convinced he was telling the truth. And I was wrong because I had judged him.

                “Sorry” I said and he was silent “Sorry I judged you”

                And then he shrunken to his human form and hugged me and I was feeling every inch of his skin and the warmth of his body and his breath and I sighed with a long breath.

                “I’m sorry” he then whispered.

                “Forgive me too” I told him

                “Come on, let’s go home” he said

                Transforming back to our wolves and ran back. We then went to the tree beside the pack house where he hides his extra clothes and me ending to his big shirt that is almost like a dress for me.

                “Leira, I want you to know that I will always be crawling back to you” he said

                Then Joseph came and said “Jessica is pretty bad. She broke three ribs but she is coping up well.”

                “I feel sorry for her” I said

                “No, don’t be” Joseph said

                And I looked at him.

                “Well, she just found someone that would teach her a lesson” Joseph said

                We then went up to our room and I showered and dried my hair. Harc then went in to clean his self.

                I put on my pajamas and brushed my hair. I lay to bed looking at the opened window looking at the fading moon where the sun is about to rise.

                Then Harc was done and closed the curtains, he was in his gray jogging pants and shirtless and his body was calling for me.

                Then the room became dark and then he lay with me. I lay my head to his chest and holding his hands.

                “Leira, let me mark you” he said

                “It’s not that easy” I said

                He kept silent and then his heart was beating fast.

                “I’m an unordinary type of wolf Harc, you need to mark me on the first full moon of the month and the full moon of my heat.” I said

                “And that completes the mark?” he asked

                “Yes” I answered

                “Unbelievable” he then said
