A day before the wedding. Emily is getting nervous about it.
I found Jeffrey on his room when I passed to it and peeped on his door.
“Jeff?” I said as he looked at me.
“Hey Leira, everything okay?” he asked
I nodded and said “Jeff, is everything okay?”
He was silent so I asked “Can we go for a walk?”
“Yeah, good idea” he said
We went out and walked.
“So, what’s the matter Jeff?” I asked
“I am mated to a human” he said
“That’s not bad at all” I said
“Leira, that’s bad at all – I don’t even know how to tell her things” he said
“I wish I could help you – but this part is the most crucial that you need to do it alone.” I told him
“Is that her?” he said looking at a woman who is getting pushed by three men.
“Hey!” Jeffrey shouted and then we ran fast to her.
“Stop! If you don’t want to get hurt” Jeffrey warned as I stood in front of the woman.
“Ow! This guy even brought as another one.” The man said and they were laughing.
“Jeffrey” the woman said
And the humans attacked. Jeffrey punched the first attacker and the next. The third guy came to me and grabbed my neck to his elbow.
“In a minute Leira” Jeffrey shouted as the two fell down the ground
“I will kill your girlfriend motherfucker.” The man behind me said
With the want to get away from him I stepped on his feet and then banged my head to his and then Jeffrey punched him hard saying “Nobody touches my sister”
Then the third man fell.
Jeffrey tapped my back “Are you alright?”
I nodded and panted a breath then looked at the woman on her knees.
Jeffrey went to her and stood her “Madden, are you okay?”
“Yes I’m fine and Thank you” she answered
“Madden, this is my sister Leira – Leira this is Madden” he told me
“I’m sorry but what are you?” she asked with confusions in her mind.
“Jeffrey?” I told him
