Chapter 6

                2 days that we are in Gabriel’s care.

                “No mate still?” Emily asked

                I just smiled at her.

                “Well, don’t lose hope.” She said

                Then Gabriel and Connor were walking toward us.

                “Hey guys” Emily said as I looked at them.

                “Rogue sightings are multiplied.” Gabriel said

                “Don’t show them your weakness” I told him.

                “1 more day and were getting to the next pack.” I said

                “It’s not far – 2 hours’ drive and 30 on paws.” Gabriel said

                “Connor can you still drive brother?” I asked him.

                “Of course” he said

                “Thank You” I told him

                “The next pack are friendly and our relatives too” Gabriel said

                “But be cautious to the Alpha of the Stone Cold pack – a vicious and cold hearted guy” Gabriel warned.

                3 days came and were leaving Gabriel’s pack.

                Connor started driving and Emily is excited because were heading to the Jade Mountain pack where she belonged.

                Half of the road I scent a rogue and told Connor to stop.

                “We need to kill it” I said

                “How?” Emily asked

                “I’ll be the bait and attack him from behind.” I told Emily and Connor

                “It doesn’t sound easy” Connor said

                “Connor, I could even kill him in my human form. But if I do that Amber will take over. She hasn’t been out in a while” I told him.

                Then Emily and Connor looked at each other.

                “We have no choice – or this will report back to it’s head” I said

                Then Connor looked on the road and said “If anything happens – you and Emily run.”

                Then Emily and Connor went to the woods and I went to the open.

                As planned it was a big black wolf. Showing his might and he was saying ‘Oh my I was sent to kill a doll?’

                I didn’t move. I was reading his thoughts and they have a general that gives those orders and their head that he hasn’t saw.

                Then he was positioning to attack me but Connor jumped at him first. Biting his neck and injuring him.

                “Perfect timing” I told him as I stepped on his rib and it punctured his heart.

                Emily sat behind me in her wolf form. A grayish of white fur of Jade eyes. I knew she was impressed to what Connor did.

                Connor carried the dead wolf deep beneath the woods and started digging in and buried the dead rogue.

                We have to do it for our safety.

                After Connor was done we head back to the car and drove.

                Then I fell asleep while Emily praising Connor with awesomeness.

                “Leira?” Emily said and I looked at her and she said “Were here” and saw outside the window a big mansion - the pack house

                I went out and a breeze came to me.

                “Welcome to Jade Mountain Pack” a guy of 30’s said and I nod at him.

                Then Emily jumped him and said “Daniel, I’ve missed you.”

                And Connor hand fist him.

                “Come – I guess this is an important visit?” he said

                Then headed to his office as always Connor explained things. And then Daniel kneeled to me.

                “Please Daniel don’t bow to me until I do such thing” I said

                “But My Lady you are uniting us back” he said

                And Connor interrupted “We buried a rogue half of the way. They were organized and the head is hiding to the Generals back.”

                “Very Well” Daniel said

               Then I instructed Daniel “Run in group of 6 and alternate not leaving the perimeter. Prepare your pack and tighten your skills from this day forward.”

                “Yes my Lady” he said and then Emily pulled me and walked to her old room.

                “So still no mate?” she said

                And I just kept quiet.

                “Amber is loving this mountains” I told her

                “How do you control Amber?” she asked

                “Self – control” I said then looked outside “The most thing everyone is hard to deal with.”

                “I can’t control mine sometimes especially when I go mad.” She said

                “Then anger triggers you – if I can get you mad then it means I could kill you.” I said

                Then Connor was coming and then I sat to Emily’s bed and Connor was at the door.

                “You guys can run ahead I could hear you wolfs howl” I said

                Then Connor asked “Are you sure?”

                “Yes I’m sure” I answered

                Then they left me. I lay down feeling my ached muscles and then fell asleep.
