Ember's POV

So I don't have a left arm now. Well from below the elbow a little down. I don't know how I'm gonna do anything now. I looked at my arm, well my half-a-arm, I had tears in my eyes. Who will ever like a person with one arm? Adrien kept looking at me so I smiled softly and stood up. I ran upstairs to my room. I saw mom... Dead. Guess she turned and someone put her out of her misery. I closed my door and went to my dresser. I grabbed my ripped blue jeans, my crop top that said 'Fight Me' on it, my combat boots, and my leather jacket. I changed and pulled my bed out. Dad was right I had to prepare for this. I pulled open a hatch and a note was on top of it. It read: "My beautiful daughter, if you're reading this something bad is happening. So I put all this gear in this hatch for you. A crossbow, ninja stars, throwing knives, my revolver, your katana, and my motorcycle keys. Your brother's Jeep keys are in here as well. I put both vehicles in the shed that has been locked. If you have this note and that key I must be dead or something awful has happened. My sweet angel whatever happens to you never ever give up. Stay strong and take care of Adrien. You are strong and smart enough to do that. I love you princess. Love, your father." I wiped the tear off my cheek and folded the note and put it in my pocket. I smirked looking at my gear. I put everything on and grabbed my new motorcycle keys along with Adrien's. I looked at my arm not knowing how I'll fix it. I smirked looking at all my arm supplies and leftover metal from mine and my father's projects. I made a metal cast around my arm and sealed it with a metal cap. I but and old belt buckle on it and added my dad's favorite knife to the top of it. As I made it secure I smirked. I looked in the mirror. "Watch out walkers I'm coming for you." I walked down stairs and threw Adrien his Jeep keys. "Come on we're leaving. This place is dead... Literally." Hayes wouldn't stop looking at me and it caused me to smirk. "Let's go guys." They all listened. "Autumn, Destiny, Scott, and Jesse ride with Adrien in his Jeep with the supplies. Hayes you riding with me on my motorcycle." I walked to the shed with my motorcycle while the others went to the Jeep. "Hayes will you quit looking at me like that. Yeah I'm alive I don't have an arm so what." He just stared at me. "Hayes will ya st-" I was cut off by him kissing me. I slowly started kissing back. I smiled and put my arm around his neck. I pulled away. Before I could talk Hayes did. "Em I don't care if you have one arm and one leg. I will love you either way. You look so hot right now in this outfit with your weapons and your bike. God it kill me. I can't believe you're mine now." I was speechless. He loved me? I pecked his lips. "I love you too." I got the bike out and it said Reedus on the side. I sighed. "Why does it say Reedus?" "My dad... He was Norman Reedus. When he died my mom changed our last names back to her maiden name which was Salvatore. So, he left me everything cause me and Adrien ain't full blood. Different dads. I never knew his dad. But he knew mine and thought of my dad as his own. So, yeah my dad was the Daryl Dixon. He played my favorite character in the show before the series ended. Then he got sick before all of this. And we'll passed away. Well that's what mom told me. If he was alive I would've known. But if he is alive I'll find him. I'm not sure anymore though... I haven't seen him for seven years. Nobody knows he was my dad except mom and Adrien. I kept it a secret so I wouldn't get picked on or anything. So my real name should be Ember Rae Reedus but it's Salvatore. Now you know my full story." "Em... Why didn't you tell me sooner?" "Scared mostly.. afraid you'd hate me.." I jumped on my bike and Hayes got behind me. All my gear was secure. "I can never hate you my beautiful princess." I smiled and started up my bike and headed out. "Let's go guys!" After I hollered they started up as well and followed me. Well let's go to Georgia and see if daddy's still there and alive, I thought as we passed the Now Leaving Tennessee sign. "Goodbye Tennessee."
