Yuuri suddenly felt very vulnerable in his chair.
"Look, you're not going to be happy about this, and I'm really sorry."
His brows furrowed but he didn't say anything.
"He'll only be here for a few days! And if I could avoid this I would, I swear to you, but my role as queen requires me to talk with him about business."
His mother looked to be the one pleading now.
That was not good.
"Mom, I'm not following."
she seemed a little caught off guard by the shortening of mother, something he really didn't do often, but then frowned.
"I... uh..."
He sighed softly "Just rip off the bandaid."
She bit her lip.
But finally, she spoke, and Yuuri really wished she hadn't.
"Rebel is coming over to visit in a week."
