Ch. 20

Yuuri wasn't really quite sure how to feel after Rebel left.

Yeah he was kind of a little sad because he felt they had started to become friends again, but at the same time he was a little relieved he was gone and felt bad because of it.

But none of these thoughts really bothered him as he later on Victor's chest, enjoying the feeling of the boy's fingers running through his hair in a soft loving gesture.

Only one thought in particular was on his mind.

He looked up at Victor and met his eyes.

"What were you going to say?"

Victor looked a little surprise by the question and stopped playing with his hair "What do you mean?"

Yuuri gave a soft snicker "You didn't really think I'd let you off, did you? It's been in the back of my mind since this morning!"

He was stilly very confused about what he was talking about, and the ravenette noticed that and position himself ontop of Victor to where their noses were maybe two inches apart.

"You were talking to me about pancakes, remember? And you went to say something, but Rebel showed up."

Victor blinked a few times "Oh.. that."

"So you do remember?"

He nodded slowly.

"And?"

"And what?"

Yuuri laughed softly "Don't dance around the topic! You know what I'm talking about.."

"Do you really want to know?" The boy raised an eyebrow.

The prince retorted playfully "Well I wouldn't have asked if I didn't."

Victor smiled at him fondly.

"I love you."

There was a small pause as Yuuri waited for him to say more, but the boy didn't.

"I love you too, but that doesn't answer my question."

The silver haired boy couldn't help but laugh "No, Yuuri, that's what I was going to say!"

The boy turned bright red.

"Oh."

They sat in a soft, warm, and welcomed silence. The two just staring into each other's eyes like the lovesick idiots they were.

A cheeky grin played on his lips "So, you love me too?"

Yuuri smiled and placed quick gentle kiss on the latter's lips.

"Yes, Victor, I love you too."
