I just wanna say that i am sorry for everything i have done when we were young. I was immature and stupid and i really needed to understand that troye truly loved you.

He is at the hospital rn, he overdosed when the video went viral. But he is alive, he just needs a heart replacement. There was not much time left for him, so i decided to donate my heart to him.

He will be okay , just take care of him.

I love him a lot Jacob and I want him to be alright and happy through out his life.

I hope you make him happy, Jay. I know you can. He loves you Jay and I know you love him too, a lot. And it would be better because I would never be able to come in between the two of you.
