These guys are seriously starting to piss me off now and we're only hour in. Hiro, if I don't make it out of this car journey alive please pass all my anime merchandise onto your children. And bury me with my favourite body pillow.
I sighed and turned the volume up on my phone to full but even that didn't work. I swear to God.
The two idiots next to me were singing rather loudly, making me more and more annoyed by the second.
I should have just drove up to the other rink earlier, then I wouldn't have to put up with what I'm listening to.
A sudden high pitch sound cut through my ears, nearly making me drop my phone. That's it.
I ripped the earphones out from my ears and faced the two young males next to me with a dark look on my face.
The two of them, sensing my aura, stopped singing and faced me with confused looks on their faces.
"Would you two please shut up screeching, you sound like cats being strangled." There was a dangerous tone in my voice.
Victor and Yuuri, sensing that there was a chance that I was going to do something bad if they continued singing turned sharply and stayed quiet, a single bead of sweat running down their faces. I exhaled deeply.
"Finally." Certain they would stop singing, I plugged my earphones back in and hit play. Music then proceeded to blast through my ears, draining out any other noise around me. I nodded my head a little to the song playing.
"Seid ihr das Essen, wir sind die Jaegar!
Fumareta hana no namae mo shirazu ni,
Chi ni ochita tori wa kaze wo machiwabiru..."I hummed quietly as the song played, causing me to catch Victor and Yuuri's attention. Noticing their looks on me I looked at them and raised an eyebrow.
"What? It's alright for you to scream song tricks but as soon as I hum it's an attraction show or something." My words made the two of them turn away from me, focusing on the cup holders next to them both.
I rolled my eyes before looking out the window. I wonder when we'll get there. The competition starts at half five but we're getting there for half past four.
An hour early, more time for them to go around to go greet and meet people and more time for me to get changed and ready. Of course, once we get there I'm not bothering with people.
I don't like people on the best of days. Besides I'm not going to meet new people, I'm going to just skate. I'm pretty sure if I was left with decision to skate by myself I wouldn't be in the car with two morons, I would be home, wrapped up tightly in a blanket watching one of my favourite animes' while people get on with their lives. I'm only doing it because these two persuaded me. Nothing else.
We arrived in Nagoya about five hours later, arriving at exactly four o'clock on the spot. Finally we're here. Thank God.
The driver pulled around a corner before parking right in front of the building that held the ice skating rink. Woah, this building is much bigger than the one in Hasetsu.
The driver pulled to a final stop before informing us that we had arrived at our destination. Not as though we don't already know that I mean, we can see outside. Like a bloody sat-nav to be honest.
Yuuri and I opened our doors with Victor then choosing to climb through Yuuri's once he had gotten out.
While I waited for them to get their bags out of the boot of the car I stared at the building.
