"Thank you sir. I am honored to be receiving this promotion." TK-0747 says as he walks alongside an imperial officer wearing a green uniform who displayed the rank of captain.
TK-8751 was walking with them. He and TK-0747 wore their black Dress uniforms with their new ranks of Lieutenant and Sergeant displayed on their chest.
"Of course. You deserve it. You are some of the best Stormtroopers in the entire corps. I am honored to have you serving under my command." The captain says.
"Yes sir. The honor however, is ours." TK-0747 says.
"You 2 are dismissed, I have business to attend to." The captain says and walks off.
TK-0747 looks at TK-8751 and they smile. They walk back off down the hall toward their barracks. They walk in where Noa and Kodi were sitting on the 2 bottom bunks and talking while cleaning their E-11s and SE-14Cs.
"Attention! Commander on deck!" Noa yells and he and Kodi stand up and salute at TK-0747 and TK-8751.
"At ease." TK-0747 says and waves his hand.
He removes his cap and sets it aside and starts removing his uniform.
"We have a new mission?" Kodi asks.
"Yes. Tomorrow we'll be headed to Starsmash Station to take a look at some troops fresh outta training to make up our squad." TK-0747 says.
"Shinies?" Noa asks.
"You aren't so different, are ya Dim?" TK-8751 asks.
"You aren't wrong." Noa says.
"Rest up. We leave in the morning." TK-0747 says and climbs into his bunk above Kodi and TK-8751 climbs in the one above Noa
TK-0747 stares up at the ceiling as the lights flick off and he slowly closes his eyes and drifts off to sleep. The morning rolls around and he hops out of bed and quickly puts his armor on with his new white pauldron and TK-8751 puts his armor on with his black pauldron. They nod to each other and Noa and Kodi climb out of bed and start putting their armor on. They grab their blasters and look over at TK-0747 and TK-8751 and they head out down the hall. They're greeted by Lieutenant Derik.
"Ah hello Lieutenant TK-0747...Sergeant TK-8751." Derik says.
"You can call me Brandon." TK-8751 says looking at Derik who nods.
"Of course...Brandon. Your shuttle is awaiting you. I will be joining you on your trip to Starsmash Station." Derik says.
"The more the merrier." TK-0747 says as they walk into the hangar and over to a shuttle where 2 pilots were talking.
They walk into the shuttle and take their seats and it slowly lifts out of the hangar and flies off.
Meanwhile, a rebel runs through the base and into the command center.
"Sir! An imperial shuttle has just left the base!" The rebel tells Hot.
"Mobilize the fighters." Hot orders and the rebel runs out.
4 X-wing fighters with green markings with a stylized Gryphon head painted on fly out of the hangar.
"This is Gryphon 2, going in." The first pilot, named Taz says as the other 3 fly after her.
"Gryphon 5 to Gryphon 2, we are in range." An Abednedo says as they pursue the shuttle.
"Hang on. We've got 4 rebel fighters on our tail." One of the pilots tells TK-0747 and the others.
"What?" Derik asks.
"Hang on! Preparing to make the jump to hyperspace." The pilot says.
"Firing torpedoes!" Gryphon 4, a Quarren, yells and the X-wings launch their torpedoes after the shuttle.
The shuttle makes the jump into hyperspace.
"Blast! They jumped into hyperspace. Should we follow?" Taz asks Hot.
"Negative. Let them go" he tells Taz.
"We are not being followed." The pilot tells the passengers in the shuttle.
They emerge from hyperspace a few hours later. They finally land on a landing pad at the fueling station above Lotho Minor where they were melting down old republic and confiscated rebel ships and ground vehicles. TK-0747, TK-8751, Noa and Kodi walk behind Derik through the landing pad toward the barracks. The 4 Stormtroopers walk into the first barracks where 6 men wearing their armor sat around talking and messing with their blasters.
"Attention! Officer on deck!" A brown haired man yells and everyone hops to their feet and stands up straight.
"At ease." TK-8751 says and looks around at them.
"What're your names?" TK-0747 asks.
"My name me Grame Wade." The brown haired man says.
"The name's Eric Boyd." A black haired man with a thin mustache says.
"The name's Marty." A dark skinned an with a thin mustache says.
"I'm his brother, Jesse but you can call me Jess." Another dark skinned man says.
"My name is Ninone, sir and this is my brother Ex." A blonde haired man says pointing to his twin brother.
"What the hell kind of name is Ex?" Noa asks.
"My parents named me Ex because I was an accident." Ex says.
Kodi and Noa chuckle and TK-0747 look back at them and they stop laughing.
"It says here that you're the best class out of the others from your academy. Where are you from? Caridia? Wow." TK-0747 says and looks around at them.
"You are a group of well put together soldiers. I'll be back after we talk to a few others." Derik tells them and motions for the others to follow him down the hall.
They talk to a few other squads of fresh soldiers and TK-0747 looks at Derik and TK-8751.
"I liked the first group. They have the best put together group and are obedient. They are the physical embodiments of the empire." TK-0747 says.
"I see. So you like the....Hunter Squad?" Derik asks looking down at a datapad.
"Yes. Bring them to the shuttle." TK-0747 says and walks toward the landing pad with TK-8751, Noa, and Kodi.
