Big Kiss - Part 3
Doubt hissed at the pair, ready to sink its teeth into their flesh.
"Oh, so that's what you meant!" Nattie understood, scanning her eyes to find a proper exit. Hercules grabbed her and Icarus, leaping to the side in time for Doubt to snap forward.
Pain and Panic wore their cheerleading outfits to boost Doubt's spirit, "Haul that hero, block that kiss! Make them fearful! Doubt, don't miss! Go, Doubt!"
"Pain! Panic!" Nattie screeched, holding onto Icarus, who squeezed back, "What are you dorks doing here?!"
They answered her by cheering, "We are trying to stop the kiss! If we don't, our butts will fry! That's it!"
Icarus continued to hold Nattie like a kitten clawing an owner's shirt. Nattie had to slap his hands for him to let go.
"Come on, Nat!" Hercules commanded.
"Right behind you!" Nattie ran towards the exit. "Whoa!" Doubt nearly nipped her leg, but he missed. The three mortals ran downstairs and exited the house. Doubt wasn't far behind, and Hercules knew it.
Hercules handed the more petite boy to Nattie, "Here! You and Icarus get on Pegasus!"
"I'm on it!" Surprisingly, Icarus was light and easy to carry in Nattie's mind.
Icarus was clinging onto the girl as she tried to force him onto Pegasus's back, "No! I don't want to go! Please, don't make me!"
"Too bad!" Nattie snapped. "Life's not fair, so suck it up!" She looked over and saw Hercules ringing the doorbell that triggered the security system, "What are you doing, Herc?!"
"Ringing Doubt's bell!" Hercules hopped on Pegasus. The students and the horse managed to escape.
Doubt came out of the house, snarling and hissing just in time for a rock to roll out of the house and onto Doubt. The stone and Doubt were rolling until they hit a gong. Doubt was knocked out cold. Pain and Panic watched the whole thing in dismay. They didn't want to tell Hades, but one had to. So they decided to settle the debate with the Rock, Paper, Scissors game. Pain picked paper, while Panic picked scissors.
"Scissors cut paper!" Panic literally snipped Pain's fingers off.
"OW!"
"You tell Hades!" Panic was relieved that he didn't have to explain what happened.

Hades was looking at his map in the Underworld, feeling good about his plan. He sent his minions to deal with Icarus while ensuring his hench girl was locked away in her cage.
"Uh... your immortal-ness?" Pain began with uneasiness.
Hades glared at his imps, "Yes? What? What is it? Did you two and Doubt take care of the weird kid?"
"Well... we did what you told us... We terrified the guy so bad he had a near-death experience, but..."
Hades raised a brow, "But? But what? Come on! Spill it! What's up?!"
"Well, you see... Hercules was there, and... well, he defeated Doubt and took the kid with him to the Pyanepsia Festival, so they can set up the kiss!" Pain and Panic shielded their eyes, mentally preparing for Hades's fury.
"Eh, no biggie," Hades shrugged.
The imps opened their eyes, shocked to see Hades was cool blue.
"No biggie?" Pain asked, "So... you're not mad?"
