(5) I Am Ruined

Hazel's POV

I woke up and saw unfamiliar walls. Oh yeah I am at Aiden's house. Aiden... the guy I have feelings for... why was this suppose to happen to me only? Last time I fall for the school's bad boy I got a heart break... again? People say Karma is Bitch

But I didn't knew that eating your sister's favourite chocolate or washing her clothes with chalk powder (which actually look like detergent) would be so bad for me. Karma couldn't be that rough... right?
I took a shower quickly and changed into an I LOVE NYC crop top with faded jeans and wore my fast track watch in one hand and a David Guetta band in the other hand. After wearing my vans I set up my school bag and went down to the kitchen. Ella was cooking breakfast there.
"Hey! Good morning need some help with that?" I asked entering in the kitchen
"Oh hello Hazel morning to you too! Mind taking out the carton of orange juice from the fridge till I bake these bacons?"
"Oh yeah sure of course!" I said and did as per what she told me to do.
I kept it on the table and saw the time 7:15 am
Oh I might get late! I need to hurry! Wait I don't have my cycle here how will I go? Uhh could life get any better? *note the sarcasm*
"Ella is there any bus stop near by? I usually go to school from my cycle but its at my place" I asked taking my breakfast from her.
"I'll drop you!" Aiden said coming towards the kitchen and giving a peck to Ella on her cheeks and mouthing her a Morning!

"Yes! Thats a brilliant idea!" Ella said
"Okay cool" I acted normal but really it was killing me from inside .I needed to stay miles away from him but he is going to be around me all the time.
We said our byes to Ella and headed towards his car. I got into the passneger seat and he started the car.
"Oh I forgot to say... MORNING!" Aiden said all Happy
In return he got a big yawn from my mouth. My cheeks went all red
Mayn that was unexpected!
He bursted out laughing.
"Lol sorry morning to you too!" I said all embarrassed
"Mind if I switch on the radio?" He asked glancing towards me for a second

"You stole this car?" I asked 
"No?" he said more like asked

"This is your car?" I asked 

"Yes! Why?"
"Then do what you want to do why are you asking me!" I replied
"For formality?" His answer came out more as a question
"Wow bad boy knows the meaning of formality?" I said having a fake amusement in my voice
"Indeed I do!" He said in british accent but failed miserably!
"Lol I am better than you in this accent thing" I said in American accent and I passed it!
"Woah you really are!" He agreed to me all amused!
Stitches by Shawn Mendez came on the radio and we both hooted together. And looked at each other at the same time with the same expression. I am sure if someone saw us like this they must have thought we are look alike!
"You also like Mendez?" We said at the same time
"You too?" Again together
We both busted out laughing. We sang the lyrics on top our voice. Till then we reached our school. We got out and started walking towards the building together.
"I didn't knew you are in the Mendez army!" I said all amused
"Even I didn't knew!" He replied
"I am in a lot of fandoms... just wait and watch!" I said with a smirk
He just huffed in response.
"Dafuq!" Emily shouted
"I didn't knew you two were together! Hazel you were supposed to tell me each and everything in detail How could you!! C'mon-
"Shh Emily we both aren't together get that? Stop your ranting! I am just staying at his place for 2 weeks-
"OML you are seriously staying at a Greek god's place for 2 weeks!"
She cut me off and mayn I couldn't believe this Jacob was standing just behind her ... I feel so pity for Jacob he always get pissed off because of Emily's connection with other guys.
"Hey hey hey what does she mean by Greek Gods?" Aiden asked all confused
"You know Greek Gods are super hot and sexy and are just perfect boyfriend material and..." I was just ranting on and on about Greek Gods when I realised what the hell my mouth is a blutterin out and I quickly put my hand on my mouth. Aiden was smirking Emily was standing there all shocked and Jacob well he was having a small smirk on his face cause indirectly what all I said was referred to him Aiden and Ryder but then he also wanted to deal with Emily....
After mouthing a sorry I sprinted towards my locker grabbing my stuff for the next period I turned around but hit on a wall... A chest. Lifting my head up it was none other than my favorite guy in this whole world (note the sarcasm) AIDEN STEVENSON
I saw his green emarld eyes and I was getting lost in them when his annoying voice brought me back to sense which I swear was so deep and rusky... Uhh
"There was no need to run like that at least you should have completed what you have started" The words came out his mouth and hit my neck and cheeks all making then red in short I was blushing damn hard! I couldn't even say a word I was paralyzed! I lowered my head down. Our closeness and his hot breathing on my face was already killing me but then this guy HAD to put his fingers under my chin to lift my head up. Butterflies were sprinting in my stomach and I noticed him leaning in. Is he kissing me? No I can't kiss him not now not ever it'll just get me into a big mess and what happened in Edinburgh??? I suddenly pushed him away from me. I could see confusion written all over his face but his eyes... They showed hurt... Wait why is he hurt? He is a player... It isn't going to effect him maybe the reason that no one has ever rejected him
No because YOU pushed him away!
NNOO the first reason is better!
"Sorry I gotta go late for my class!" I said and speed walked to my first class maths. It happened last night also... When ever we are close I push him away and he is always hurt and confused. It hurts me to see him like that but I don't have any other options than this. I have to be friends with him ... I can't let my stupid feelings for him ruin out what ever we have together. I took my seat in my math class. Soon kids filled in and Emily sat with me.
"You know Jacob was telling me to have my hormones all to him... I shouldn't even think about any guy hot except him.... He is SO possessive!" She said to me as soon as she set her things down.
"But you still love him! Don't you!" I said cheering her up!
"Yeah..." She said almost whispering
"What? You love him? Really?"
"It's been a while since I have realised this... You know after our date when he proposed me to be his girlfriend I realised that I do love him but I won't confess it now maybe sometime later"
"Yeah I understand! Don't worry he will stop liking you and will start loving you soon!" I said cheering her up
Our teacher came and started our lesson.
All the periods went out really good. I didn't see Aiden after that sweet little hurtful encounter. I was supposed to do some running and exercise with the girls so I didn't played my match with the guys. Soon lunch came and I headed towards the cafeteria. Not wanting to meet Aiden I thought of going to the library with my food. Entering in the cafeteria and buying a burger for myself I turned around to and saw Aiden, his group and Dylan and his group sitting together... Good job Emily!
Emily saw me and mouthed to come over but in return I mouthed her that I am going to the library. As I made my way outward I could feel a pair of eyes piercing my back .... Of course it's Aiden!
Saying a hello to our librarian I sat on a desk and started reading 'The Marked' it's a vampire series. Soon the bell rang and I completed half of the book. Yeah you could call me a book worm! I'll love it!
Deciding that after school also I'll come to the library I headed towards my chemistry class... Oh shit Aiden is in it! And worst part he is my partner!
As I reached in I saw Aiden sitting there in our seat. I went and sat and soon as he could utter a word teacher came in and started the lesson. He kept on poking my sides and whispering words like 'talk to me' 'response' and stuff like that
I just ignored him. When the bell rang
I got up quickly but a hand dragged me down and I sat on my seat again.
"This is not over yet! You'll go with me after dispersal and... You live in my house!" With that Aiden got up and went out. I sat there in shock but then quickly went to my other classes. When the final bell ring signalling that school is over I went to library and messaged to Aiden

Putting my phone down I started reading 'The Marked' again.
My phone buzzed and there was a notification from Aiden
Why? Where are you? - A
In the library... Gonna be late! -H
He just saw that message and didn't even reply. I put my phone back in my pocket and started reading again. After completing this book and half of the second in the series. I looked at the clock and it showed 5 pm. Our library is both school and public one so it is opened till 9 so that's a good thing for me. Grabbing my stuff I got out of the building and the scene in front me just made my mind paralyzed. Aiden was sitting there on the ground leaning against his bike. Maybe he went home and brought back his bike... But why?

"Here you are C'mon let's go home" Aiden said in a sad tone snapping me out of my thoughts.
