"Wait? Isn't this the necklace during our college days and I said that I like it?" I looked surprised kasi naman hanggang ngayon naalala niya pa toh.

"Yeah! When I got your name that necklace came to my mind and during our college days I want to give to you as your present but I'm always busy and so are you" he smiled sweetly.

"Ohh! How sweet! Mainggit niyan sina Gina neto diba gusto niya rin to noon" pagbibiro ko pa at nagtawanan kami.

Now it's Gab turn to open his gift and he received a pair wristbands na nike ang brand kasi naman adik na adik siya sa basketball so yan ang naisip kong iregalo sa kanya.

"Wow! Great! You really do know me!" He said happily and we fist bump.

I looked at Jake and he looked pissed. So now you know what I felt during your sweetly blabby time here in the mini stage.

I went back to Jammy and Pia. Doon na nagtatapos ang Christmas party at sabay na raw kaming umuwi ni May and I said yes. Ilan nalang kaming natira dito. Ako, Jake, Gab at si May nalang.

"So anong gagawin natin ngayon?" Pagbabasag niya sa katahimikan.

"Kanta ka sige" pagbibiro ko sa kanya.

I saw Jake na papuntang pool.

"May? May dala ba tayong extrang damit? Diba naalala mo nabanggit ko sayo may pool dito" bulong kong tanong sa kanya.

"Oo! Nagdala ako" bulong niyang sagot and I think she got what I meant through that question.

I followed Jake and he looked kind of sad. Why? Is it because of what happened earlier? What now? Gosh! When I see this expression of his I become paranoid because when he shows this kind of expression something happens.

I followed him silently and he suddenly grabbed his phone from his pocket.

Umupo siya sa isa sa mga upuan at pumunta ako sa likod ng isang upuan na malapit sa kanya.

"Hi? How's my grandma? Is she still mad at me?" I heard him saying that.

What? His grandma? I haven't seen her since we were young.

I continued listening to him.

"Yes sir" narinig kong sagot doon sa phone niya.

Wait? What's happening here? Can somebody explained this situation?

"Can you pass this to her. Say to her that I wanted to say sorry and Merry Christmas" he said sadly and he dropped the call. I saw hime crying. Isn't Christmas today? Why does this feel so sad?

Again, it's already morning. After what happened at the pool he stayed there for a while so I decided to go back before he sees me and I want to give him his personal space. He drop us to our apartment and he went home. That's it. What a dry Christmas for a couple.

I sighed.

"Oh anong arte toh?" Singit ni May.

"Ewan ba kasi kahapon alam mo na"

"Ahh oo nga bakit ang dry niya?" tanong niya kasi hindi naman ganon si Jake.

"Ano gusto mo wet?" Pagbibiro ko at tinugnan niya ako ng lewd and we laughed at tinapik ko siya sa likod kasing ang green minded niya.

Mukahng may gulo sa gitna ng opisina kasi galing kami ni May sa mini kitchen.

"Anong meron?" tanong ni May sa isa sa mga ka opisina namin.

"May sophisticated kasing matandang naghahanap kay Sir Jake na may kasamang maganda babae" sagot ng isa.

Hmm? Ano kayang meron? I hope this is not a bad event.

"Where is my grandson?!" The old lady shouted.

"And where is this Katy Gamboa?!" She added.

What? I'm included? And Grandma niya yung matanda?!

Nakita ko si Jake na papunta sa lola niya na mukhang takot, gulat at ewan.

"Let's talk in my office" he said to her grandma and they headed to his office and everyone went back to their work but there are people who are gossiping.

Suddenly someone called me and that I should come to Jake's office.

I slowly opened the door and I slowly went to Jake's side.

"So this is Katy?! This the girl?! Kaya nag kinakalaban ko ako?!" Sigaw ng lola niya.

Eh? Anong meron? Parang sumasakit puso ko? Ayaw ko ang mga nangyayari.

"Look, she is the one I love! Not Therese!" He shouted back while holding my hand.

"Huh?! Therese is the one who took care of you when you don't remember anything back in Italy! She is your fiancee Jake! Wake up!"

Fi--ancee?! Wait? Hold on so I'm not his fiancee officially?!

"Lola! Siya ang mahal ko!" Iyak na sabi ni Jake this is the first time I saw him crying like this.

Biglang tumingin sa akin ang lola niya ng masamang tingin.

"Bahala ka Jake! Hindi ako titigil hangga't hindi kayo ikinakasal ni Therese!" Her grandmother announced and then she walked away with Therese.
