After the fight some of my friends held a grudge. Luckily it only lasted a single torturous week.
"I can't believe you held a grudge for a week!!!" I giggled teasingly.
"What do you expect, they called my favorite music group's charity event stupid! I mean what's wrong with trying to help an endangered species!" Said Luna agitated, her hands curling into fists.
"Woah. well I hit a nerve." I said shrinking back a bit. Luna sighed.
"Sorry if I scared you." She said.
"Eh. You get used to it." I smiled teasingly. Luna rolled her eyes. Lily rushed up to us to join the talk as we all walked to class. Luna had a class right next to mine so it wasn't really a problem.
"I hope you don't mind me asking but in yesterday you looked a little..... different. I'm not sure how to describe it, it was almost like you were off in space but something was just..... different." Lily said her eyebrows creasing with worry. I blushed realizing that I had been staring at Jacob at lunch yesterday. Lily became more relaxed at the reaction and a prying smile played across her lips as her eyes narrowed slyly.
"You know Jacob's kind of cute isn't he." Lily hinted. She elbowed me playfully in the side. I blushed and bowed my head with embarrassment.
"So....... you noticed... huh?" I laughed nerviously.
"Your secrets safe with me." She whispered in my ear gently. "But I did notice that someone else seems to like you too." She said teasingly.
"What who?!?" I exclaimed astonished making sure I wasn't to loud.
"If you look I'm sure you'll find out soon enough." She said.
"Bu-" Lily interrupted me.
"Plus we need to get to class silly." She said as if nothing had happened.
