Kiba held Zora while she cried for a good half hour. Eventually she fell asleep, her head resting against Kiba's armor. He glanced down at the sleeping princess, the scars on his face standing out in the dim light of the medical bay.

It absolutely tore his heart out that Zora could cry over someone as awful as Emperor Zarkon. Someone who imprisoned and killed innocents without good reason, and who was driving the Galra to extinction. Someone who had beaten Zora and neglected her for her entire life. That Zora thought she was weak when in reality she was the strongest Galra Kiba had ever met.

If given the chance, Zora could save the Galra empire. She could save the Galra race and restore the Universe to the way it was meant to be. But she'd likely die before she could get the chance, and then the Galra would die out.

Kiba shook Zora gently, deciding it would be inappropriate for the future Queen of the Galra to be seen sound asleep in the Med Bay. She blinked up at him slowly, her yellows eyes clouded with sleep.

"Princess, perhaps you should head back to your chambers and get some rest?" Kiba said gently.

Zora stepped away from Kiba, standing up swiftly, she smoothed out the creases in her dress. "Your right. Let's go."

She waited as Kiba held the the door open and walked out past him. She stopped to give orders to the Druids standing outside her father's room, "Keep a close eye on the Emperor, send for me immediately if his condition changes."

   The Druid nodded.

Zora stopped suddenly, gasping and clutching her head.

A jolt of shock ran through Kiba, "Princess, are you alright?"

"Yes Kiba...I'm sorry I didn't meant to startle y-" Zora broke off as she coughed again. "Let's just get back to my Chambers."

Kiba nodded, "As you wish Princess."
