"Jack, tell me again why I've asked you to come with me?"

"Because you miss me?" Jack said while wiggling his eyebrows, I gave him a flat look and sighed. "Just kidding, babe." He said and rested his arms above my shoulder and pulled me closer to him. "Because we're going to have a picnic with our friends. Since Anna isn't available to come with you, you called me as her replacement."

I looked at him with my furrowed eyebrowns and frowned then he chuckled, "I'm serious, Jack." I sternly said.

"You're too serious! Cheer up, gorgeous." Jack said and gave me a peck on my cheeks. "Our friends are coming over to your house, since Olaf has forgotten to do the grocery, you offered that you'd do it with me." Jack explained and I sighed, "Because our friends are coming over and you'll cook for them."

"Are these enough for them?" I asked and I looked at the cart. Jack looked at the huge push cart with a lot of food and gave me a smirk. "Baby, please I'm serious." I said and frowned.

"It's more than enough," Jack said and looked at the ingredients. "These would do. Besides, we could still go here if your ingredients are inadequate." He said and smiled, I smiled back and hugged him tightly. "I love you too, what do you say let's bring these in our car. Hmm?"

I looked at him confused, "We're going to pay for it first." I playfully said.

He looked at the counter and frowned that the line is very long, "With that line?" He said and looked at me, I nodded. "I can't wait that long. Besides, you're in my grocery store." He said and emphasized the word 'my' and stuck out his tongue on me, he pushed the push cart away from the line.

I was about to follow him until I realized somethig.

Oh w-wait.

His grocery store?!

"That's not an excuse!" I exclaimed and he stopped, "I need to pay for that."

"Pay me in the car, will you?" He said and looked at me, trying his best to give the puppy eyes. "I wouldn't waste my time standing on that line, sweetcake." He said and pointed out the line.

He has a point though. If I would wait that long I couldn't prepare my food in time.

"Yeah, sure." I said and crossed my arms in front of my chest.

He smiled at me sweetly and pushed the push cart again.

We were heading to the exit and I feel that my heart beats fast, I'm nervous.

What if Jack will steal these ingredients?

What if he's not really the owner of this store?

What would I do?

This would be so embarrassing!

"Uh, snowflake?" I blurted out, he looked at me still pushing the cart. "Let's pay for that, shall we?"

He held my hand and pulled me closer to him, "You're nervous, aren't you? Trust me, snowflake." He said and kissed the side of my forehead.

That made me feel better.

We were about to exit until the store manager stopped us.

Uh-oh! I told you Jack we should've pay for these first!

"Uh, sir? You should pay for tha-," He started, Jack looked at him coldly and I could tell the store manager is nervous. "Hi sir! It's great to see you." He said then Jack glared at him. "As you can see, sir. I'm new here and I didn't expect that I would see you face to fa-," He was cut off by Jack when Jack raised his pointy finger in front of his face.

I held Jack's arm, telling him to go easy on him. He must've been understood what I am trying to say because he looked at me and smiled sweetly. I smiled back and he diverted his attention to the manager. "Too much talking, we're leaving." Jack said and took my hands while on his other hand, he's pushing the cart.

I mouthed the words, 'I'm sorry' to the store manager and he smiled at me warmly.

As we arrived at our house, Anna and Kristoff were standing there impatienly.

"What took you guys so long?" Anna exclaimed.

"Nothing," I said and took the groceries out. I looked at Anna and raised a brow at her, "Mind helping me?"

"Why should I?" Anna retorted which made me glare at her, "Ask Jack to help you, after all he's your boyfriend." I looked at her sharply, "Just kidding, big sis!"

She helped me carry a few things and left the heavy things. I waited for Jack to pick up the heavy things.

"Why are you being so mean to others?" I started, he immediately looked at me, I allowed myself to continue, "Like what happened back there?"

"It's a habit of mine," He retorted.

"It's a bad habit, you better stop it." I replied and rolled my eyes at him.

He placed the heavy meat on to the counter, "I won't." He said and winked at me, he ran towards me and gave me a tight hug. "I love you so much!" He smiled at me and kissed the side of my forehead.

"Get out of here." I playfully said and he looked at me, pouted.

"I've always imagined this, us being like this." He said and sniffed my hair. "Jack hugging Elsie, I've always imagined this when we were highschoolers."

"Yeah? You always pushed me away and not admitting his feelings yet you picture us like that?" I reasoned out.

"I was a dork before, m'kay?" Jack said and released me from the hug, "I'll buy you some chocolates, what do you say?" Jack said and smiled sweetly at me.

I turned around to face him, I cupped his face with my both hands. "Help me cooking these." I said and pouted.

His eyes widened, "You want me to help you?" He said and he looks like he's controlling his excitement. I nodded then he exclaimed, "Yes, yes! I would! I would! Wait for a sec while I change my clothes. I love you, baby!" He said and ran away, I laughed at his childishness.

This scene is a scene from the book two of this book, I was expecting I would write the book 2 of Royalè Clash but I was wrong.

I wrote this part last year.

Anyway, there's no need to be sad. I have a new book entitled I'm A Spoiled Queen and that is not an Alternate Universe (AU) I already have ten draft chapters of the said story and that story is better than this story.
