I know she liked both Percy and Leo, but she was destined to. The point of sending these people to her island was that she couldn't help but fall in love with them. 

                              
And wtf with the Caleo hate! Leo and calypso are both finally happy, they finally have someone! I know people were in love with Percy, and then he got Annabeth and no one cared. Be nice to lypso and Leo too!
