My head felt like knifes slowly carving my scull inside and will slowly reach the surface. In easier words, owwwwwwwww! Extreme pain here. I yawned slightly and sat up. I looked outside and realized something.
"Did I just wake up night?" I mumbled.
The moonlight glistened on my sheets. The hospital bed had more comfort than mine at the Slytherin House, which I sleep in more often. I sighed and stealth fully jumped off my bed.
I wasn't going to leave, just looking for a clock. I creeped to Poppy's office, which surprised me that she didn't live in there. Thankfully, a small clock was placed on her desk along with a wizard clock thingy.
It was 2:50 A.M, and I wasn't even tired anymore!!!! Noooooo! I snuck back to my bed and fell on it, annoyed.
*hissssss*
I jumped up startled.
"Well." I groaned.
I cautiously looked down to see Jibber hissing at his reflection on the metal frame. I grinned and grabbed my cat. He jumped back a little. Soon, Jibber relaxed and snuggled next to me. It was then I felt tired again.
My eyes drooped and my heartbeat felt softer. I felt safe and happy. I pet my kitty until I couldn't control my body. Soon I couldn't comprehend anything.
"Potter? What are you doing here?"
That was Poppy.
"I'm here to see if Savannah is alright! Is she?"
And that was definitely my dear friend Albus.
"Oh hey Albus! Is Savvy alright?"
Courtney?
"She is fine." Poppy assured.
I heard sighs of relief. Purrs came from Jibber.
"Savvy's kitten is so cute!" Courtney squealed.
That brought a smile to my face.
"Hey, Savannah's smiling!" Albus shouted.
"Yup." I said, finding my voice.
With that I opened my eyes slowly and grinned. Jibber hopped onto my repositioned lap. Courtney and Albus lunged towards me into a hug.
"How's it been?" I asked.
"Well homework, worrying about you, the norm." Courtney cited counting her fingers.
I laughed.
"So glad I don't have to do it." I stated.
Courtney and Albus finally got off me. They both shared a look.
"We got you a few things." Simplified Albus before Courtney could talk.
They moved their bodies so I could view the table in front of me. On it was dozens of sugar quills and cauldron cakes.
"My favorites! How did you know?" I said fake gasping.
I inhaled all of them and looked at my friends.
"I think we should get a thank you." Courtney said expectantly.
I laughed and bowed in 'respects'.
"Thank you very much." I said still bowing.
"Meow."
