"Hannah! Hannah wake up!" I heard my mother scream as she shook me.

I could feel the sweat on my forehead and the dried up drool around my mouth.

"Wha-What happened?" I asked.

"You were having a bad dream. I heard you screaming so I ran up here. You were screaming in your sleep and kept saying "Dad" she said.

Oh my God. It was just a dream.

There's no way I could be haunted by my dead father, right?

*************************************

I was listening to "Tangled in the Great Escape" by Pierce the Veil when I saw a rock hit my window.

I ignored it at first but another hit the window.

I decided to walk over and check it out.

I opened my window and looked down.

"Hunter?" I whispered.

"Hiya" he said with his hands in his pocket.

"What, what are you doing here?" I asked.

"I was around. And I saw your house. And I decided to come over" he said.

"Okay.." I said.

I went downstairs and opened the front door.

I don't know why but I sneaked him in.

I assumed my mother would get upset.

"So, do you wanna tell me the real reason why your here?" I asked.

"Uhm" he was looking around my room trying to find an answer.

"Whoa! Is that "This is a Wasteland" Cd?!" he asked running over to it.

"Uh..yeah. You know Pierce the Veil?" I asked confused.

"Yes! I love them!" he said.

"What's your favorite song?" I asked.

"Bulls in the Bronx" he said confidently.

"Yours?"

"Hold on Til May" I said.

We talked for another 45 minutes about music and songs and I realized it was 8:00 already.

"Uh, you should probably go home" I said.

I feel like I just kicked him out. Oops.

"Uh, yeah. I guess" he said grabbing his jacket.

"Hey, do you wanna maybe go on a date sometime? Like a movie or dinner or.." he stopped talking when he noticed the shock on my face.

"Uh..Yeah.." I said awkwardly.

I saw Isobel behind him.

"Don't you dare go on a date with him!" she demanded.

"Why not?!" I asked.

"What?" Hunter asked.

"Oh..uh.."

"Bad things will happen! Don't go!" she yelled.

Hunter was looking at me like I was crazy.

If only he could see the ghost next to him right now.

"Actually Hunter, I can't. I need to focus on grades and school" I said.

"Oh..Okay. Okay uh..so I guess I'll see you at school tomorrow then" he said scratching the back of his head.

I nodded and he finally left.

I hate Isobel so much.

"Hey. Don't hate me. I'm just helping you" she said.

"Right. I forgot YOU READ MY PERSONAL THOUGHTS" I yelled.

"Hey calm down! Anger is emotion!" she said.

"You're ruining my life! I really wanted to go!" I yelled.

"No! Hannah no!" she said bossing me.

"SHUT UP JUST STOP TALKING!" I yelled and threw a nearby vase at her.

It went through her and slammed against the mirror.

The mirror shattered.

Isobel had a frightened look in her eyes.

Anger is emotion. And I'm feeling it.

"CALM DOWN! YOURE GETTING YOUR FEELINGS BACK! HANNAH STOP!" she yelled.

"JUST STOP! STOP TELLING ME WHAT TO DO! GO AWAY!" I yelled closing my eyes and covering my ears.

I blocked out everything right now.

The world needs to wait.

I'm taking a break.

I kept repeating "Go away" and shaking back and forth.

I opened my eyes and saw Isobel was gone.

It was just me and the shattered mirror.
