Chapter 33: Plastered Smirks never fade

Harry's POV

I smile as Maddie and i sit on the bench. I couldn't wipe the huge smirk plastered on, i had not just kissed the love of my life. But she was now my girlfriend, this is incredible!! More than what i could ever ask for.

"So babe, are you going to finish telling me about your past?" she asks me. Okay i feel like she is growing more comfortable towards me.

"Yeah, um where did leave off?" i ask not remembering very well.

"You left off telling me you partied too hard, and that you lost everything" she tells me with a whisper, she puts a hair behind my ear listening carefully.

"Oh ha, well after weeks of sleeping in random streets, i met Jason at a club. We started talking and he said he could help me get money fast. I thought it was convenient, so i accepted. At first i thought it was an easy going job, but now i'm so relieved about me not working with them. I got my first gig, when i was 20.. wow 2 years ago. I was always by his side, until he sent me off to work in Boston. I was there only to be a bodyguard for this girl, actually a lot of girls. But they never meant anything to me, i promise. That's why i always, well never cared for love. I knew i was a horrible person, so i just liked screwing up girls. Which now really haunted me, i want to kill myself for always being such a bad person. Now i can just imagine, how many lives of girls i have destroyed. I haven't even talked to any of my family since 17..." a single tear fell out, i was so ashamed for what i have done. Though i haven't gone with any other girl after Marissa, which was about 4 months ago. I loved Maddie, and i wanted to show her i did.

"Oh" Maddie's says quietly.

"Please don't be mad at me. I'm a new person, i promise. I changed for you because i love you. Though i feel like i'm good enough for you_" i get interrupted by Maddie grabbing my face cutting me off.

"I know that you have changed, baby, you have always been an amazing guy. It was just that time of phase you went through, please don't ever think you are a bad person. I don't know what's i would do if i lost you." she says fastly then kisses me light.

"That's why i love you" i tell her, and she wipes the stained tear on my cheek.

"Have you seen to you mum since then?" i ask him wanting to know more.

"Nope. Not even my sister, she got cured already but i don't have the balls to upfront them"

"Have you contacted them in anyway?"

"Nah i know i don't deserve them."

"Well you're going to have to talk to them one way or another, or at least to let them know your okay. Just imagine how sick and worried your mother is."

"I'm actually thinking about it. Maddie do you mind if you please go with me, maybe i won't be that nervous?" he suggests.

"Yes i would be honoured, that just shows me how much you trust me." she says standing up. She had taken her skates off she said she was scared of the blade, which i understood.

I stand up as well still wearing the skates which made me even taller than usual. "I do trust you. You are the best to ever happen to me Maddie, hopefully everything will go out good."

"What's her name? You're sister and mom?"she asks, which warmed my heart that she wanted to know more.

"Gemma is my sister and Anne is my mum. The two most incredible women."

"You'll see, your mom is going to be thrilled when she sees you. It's going to be perfect, do you know any way to contact her?"

"I hope so, and i don't have her phone number, but i still remember where she lives. I doubt she still lives there" i tell her remembering my childhood home.

"Well nothing will go wrong if we go check it out. Maybe she still does live there"

"Okay, you convinced me. How about we go tomorrow around 3? She lives in a small town in Richwood, which is around 30 mins from here."

"Sounds great, i'm very excited to meet here, she is probably as sweet as you"

"Yeah, my mum is the most amazing women ever. I lover her, which makes me even more nervous of reuniting with her."

"And she loves you, imagine how happy she will be!" she says trying to cheer me up, which she succeeds. I cringe a smile, wow, this girl standing in front of me is mine, my girlfriend. How did i ever get the chance to be with someone so wonderful.

"Yeah, thanks for listening honey. It really means a lot, but let's not think about it any longer. I finally told you everything" i say.

"Anytime."

"So you wanna skate some more?" i ask her.

"Um i don't know, what if i fall? I'm a very clumsy person."

"I'll catch you! C'mon let's skate!" i insist until she agrees. I help her put the skates back on and we go into the rink.

Grabbing her hand i  make my way. I could feel her tense body, but the more we were skating she got a little bit used to it. She tells me to let go, that she could do it alone now. I tell her 'no' that i was scared she was going to fall.

"Really Harry, i think i got it, you can let go now" she says softly. I sigh but end up letting go, i watch as she goes all over the rink freely. Wow she was very good to be her first time. She was laughing so cutely, i was glad she was having fun. She deserved time off, from all the stress. Louis told me on the phone about the whole Liam thing earlier. How i hate him, if it was for me i would have kicked him out, but Mad's won't let me.

"Wait up!" i holler going after her. I try showing my skills, to her but it goes terribly wrong. I end up sliding on the floor, hitting my bum .

"HAERREH!" i hear Maddie yell, she skates over laughing. "Oh Harry what in the world!!"

"Well that wasn't supposed to happen, haha" i tell her with a chuckle. I was super embarrassed, but oh well! I end up doing more  , making Maddie laugh even harder.

"Harry stop! Your really going to hurt yourself!" she speaks out catching her breath after all that laughing. I laugh getting up, then we both go back to the benches.

"Are you hungry? My surprise isn't over yet!" i tease her, checking my watch, 10:43pm perfect timing. She nods her head and i smile.

"Am i able to ask where we are going or is it a surprise again?"

"You guessed it, it's a surprise!" i tell her as we place back the shoes, putting our personal shoes back on.

We get into the car, me first opening the car door for her. Then jog to my side, i jump in then start the engine. I drive to the place where we would be having dinner. Looking over to Maddie who was staring at me.

"Stop staring your getting me timid" i whine looking at her, but she just giggles and keeps staring. "Baby, please you're beauty is making me nervous." I tell her honestly, covering her face with my large hand.

"I just can't help it, your so perfect" she whispers. I look at her surprised and she chuckles some more.

"I love you!" i tell her interlocking our hands.
