Cori: The Drive In Movie

[part 2 for Babysitting]

"Are we there yet?" Courtney asked as they'd just started to get on the road.

This caused the two to both burst out laugh.

"It's a good thing I love you." Mari remarks. "If, anyone else was doing that, they wouldn't be in the car right now."

Courtney chuckles. "Well, I'll say it's good you haven't pushed me out of the car yet."

"Wanna listen to music?" Mari asks.

Courtney nods.

Mari turns on the radio, to a station with 90s music.

They listen to a bunch of music, singing along until they reach the drive in theater.

Mari had planned on getting there a bit early, and she had ended up with her timing perfect. There was only a few cars at the theater, and that meant they could get a good spot.

Mari presented their tickets at the little spot outside of the drive in area, and drove to a great spot, right in the middle.

Mari had a minivan, since she drove around the Smosh Games crew, as well as others, more often than she thought.

They set up a blanket in the back, which was facing the screen, along with some pillows.

Mari had set up some pajamas in for both of them in the car, along with the help of Mrs. Miller.

Mrs. Miller had been the first to find out about Mari and Courtney's relationship, and was always looking for ways to help them out. As the internet would say, she 'shipped' them.

They made sure no one could see them, and changed into the PJs. They both had onesies, Courtney's being a dog and Mari's being a cat.

Mrs. Miller had been the one to get them for the two.

"So, the snack bar opens in about 25 minutes." Mari explains. "And then the movie starts 30 minutes after that. I brought some water and potato chips to keep us sane until then."

"Didn't they say not to bring in food?" Courtney asks.

"Do you want food or not?" Mari questions.

"Fair point." Courtney replies.

They drink water and eat the chips, chatting about all sorts of stuff. Both girls post on their snapchats about everything.

"We've got about 5 minutes until the snack bar is open." Mari states. "You wanna head over there now?"

Courtney nods. They climb out of the car, and head in the direction of food.

They get an occasional glance from people due to their clothes. Nobody had noticed who they were yet, since the onesies covered them mostly up.

They arrived at the snack bar, where a short line had been forming. They examined the menu.

"Ooh!" Mari exclaimed. "Funnel cake!"

Courtney giggled. "That sounds awesome."

In the end, they decided on a somewhat large assortment of things.
