Lanii's P.O.V
I open my eyes to see Aaron still sleep next to me. I got up quiet but it didn't work.
"Good morning beautiful" he said opening his eyes.
"Good morning handsome" I said repeating his tone.
"Want some food?" I ask grabbing my phone off the charger.
"Yeah, I could eat." His morning husky voice roaring the room.
"Okay, let's go." I replied as I grad his hand helping him off the bed. We walked down the stairs smelling pancakes.
"Yum, grandma." I said walking beside my grandma resting my head on her shoulder.
"Good morning grandma" Aaron said. Yes he calls her grandma. Like I said, we have been neighbors for like ever.
"Good morning honey" Grandma said smirking at me.
"Some guy named Bart called today. He wanted you to call back." My grandma said handing Aaron a plate of pancakes.
"That's the guy from Magcon" Aaron blurted out.
"Did he leave a number?" I asked.
"Yeah, it's on the whiteboard next to the phone." Grandma said setting a plate in front of me. I got up and walked to the house phone. I dialed the number and after 3 rings the phone was answered.
"Hello?" A man answered.
"Hello, my name is Nalanii Edwards. I am hoping to speak with Bart" I said politely.
"Ahh, yes. This is Bart." He replied.
"My grandmother had told me you called." I said.
"Yes, Nalanii, I would love for you to join me and a group of guys to a meet and greet. It is called Magcon." He said.
"Uhmm. A bunch of guys?" I said unsure about it.
"You will not be the only girl. I had actually just gotten off the phone with another girl who will be joining us. You wouldn't be the only girl." He said. I immediately sighed with relief.
"Yes, I would love to. Just send the papers and I will read them over with my grandparents." I said with a smile on my face.
"That is great, thank you for the call back. Have a nice one." He said.
"Thank you and you too" I said hanging up the phone. I walked to my grandma and Aaron and told them the news. Grandma was fine with it. Now the hard part. My grandpa...

"So...... Grandpa, how was your day?" I said walking in the room as he laid on the bed flipping through the channels.
"Good, how about you?" He asked not paying attention to anything the the television.
"Good..... So.." I said awkwardly.
"What do you want kid?" He said. He says 'kid' when he knows we want something.
"You know how I am a youtuber?" I asked.
"Yeah. Why?" He said breaking his focus from the television.
"I was asked, along with Aaron, to go to meet and greet" I said playing with my hands.
"How many girls." He asked with a strict voice.
"1...."
"How many boys?" He asked.
"So far all I know is Aaron." I said looking up for a second then looking down.
"If h is going for sure then you can. I trust him more than you." He explained. Is he serious. That's sad.
"Okay?..." I said as a question.
"Now go, I am tired. I love you." He said pushing me off the bed.
"Love you too meany" I said closing the door on the way out. Aaron went home already so I decided to take a shower and get dressed. I got out and let my hair dry half way so I could braid it. I put on my outfit. (Pic above) I grab my phone and text Aaron.
Me- Grandpa said I can only go if you go. I guess he trust you more than me. 😂😂
