Book II, Chapter III -

I Hope That You Burn.

Aliana (Alana) Weasley walked with Julie Potter down the Hallways of Hogwarts. Dulce Malfoy waved to them when they passed by and sat beside her.

"What's wrong Dulce?" Alana asked gently, placing a hand on Dulce's shoulder. "You look like you're...depressed or even, sad."

Dulce smiled—although it seemed slightly forced. "I'm— I'm fine."

"Mk," Alana responded, giving up on trying to get it out of Dulce. It would just cause her to clam up even more anyways. She leaned on the bench, slowly staring up at the open ceiling. Alana breathed in and out, thinking about everything. From her schoolwork to her little brother. To her friends, to her laptop that was destroyed when Alessandra 'accidentally' threw it in the pool when they were swimming. From yesterday's Potions when Son mixed up random stuff and it exploded on his face and into Julie's mouth. From Dulce's laughter, Julie's smirk, Haylee's stern voice, Alessandra's chuckle, Derrick's ocean-like eyes, and Nathaniel's charming but, broken ones too.

Funny how she was thinking of Nathaniel...

"Hey...."

Alana jumped and dropped her phone on the floor. A voice snapped Alana immediately out of her thoughts. Nathaniel stood there with his hands in his pocket. His dark green eyes seemed cold and heartless, and his light ginger hair blew in the calm breeze.

Alana's breathing stopped short. Her words sounded like she was trying to speak Pig Latin while singing the song all at once. "Oh! H-hey, Nathaniel - um. How are you-you doing?"
Nathaniel slightly smiled at Alana, then immediately stopped when others looked at him. He walked to a bench, and sat there for the rest of the time.
Derrick suddenly appeared, Alana and Julie smiled at the exact same time and, he attempted to tackle Nathaniel to the ground but failed epically. Instead of Nathaniel falling, Derrick fell face-first into the ground. Alana and Dulce burst out laughing uncontrollably, and Julie hid her face behind her book, silently shaking with laughter.

"Ha!" Alana said.

"HA YOU BLOODY IDIOT! WHAT ARE YOU TRYING TO DO!? KISS THE GROUND?!" A burst of laughter came from the far end of the Hallway. It was Haylee Potter. She came running with two large binders in her hand, while choking on her laughter as she sat next to Alana. "Stupid." She spat humorously.

The short 12-year-old rolled his blue eyes and got up. "Shut up." He kicked Haylee softly and chuckled. "You lil weakling."

"What the in the dickens did you just say ta me?" Her deep green eyes glared at Derrick in a silent, but deadly warning.

"Nothin'." Derrick grinned innocently and smiled. Haylee roared in anger, she chased, kicked, and punched relentlessly until Derrick's screaming became a faint whistle.

(NO DERLIE STUFF HAYLEE!) hahaha:)

"I am honestly praying for him," murmured Julie and Dulce at the exact time.

(WHAT ABOUT JULERRICK?)

._. *magically skips time*

"Why does the Pig Lady always let us go in?" asked Son, his eyes glued to his laptop, his fingers furiously tapping buttons trying to win League of Legends matches with Derrick on his side.

"Dunno," Alessandra responded absent-mindedly, cautiously painting her nails with a holo topcoat over black. "Well I guess she's —"

"She's probably scared of refusing to the Thanatos' kids." Dulce cut-in, scrolling on her phone, checking out Alexander Hamilton animations. Alessandra glared at Dulce for breaking her concentration, but did nothing else other than nod in agreement.
