Chapter 21-You're My Everything

Auroras pov

Tonight's the dance and I'm so excited! I can barely wait, I haven't been to a dance in forever and I love my dress. Justin's gonna be here in 2 hours so I gotta get moving here. I take a quick shower then blow dry my hair, after that I do a curl. For my hair style I'm going to do a water fall braid that wraps around my head. Once I'm done with that I do my nails and makeup. And finally the dress, I slip it on and add my high heels for the final touch and if I may say so myself I look amazing. I head down stairs and have 5 minutes to spare.

"Oh honey you look stunning,"

"Thanks mom," I give her a hug and almost immediately after there's a knock on the door.

I answer it and there's Justin with his pink tie matching my dress, as promised and a cores-ache in hand.

"Wow, you look, wow." he said looking me up and down with a big smile.

"Thanks you look pretty good yourself,"

"You ready to go?" he asked holding an arm out.

"Yep, lets go."

We walked to his car and drove off for the dance. Once we arrived at the school Justin helped me out and we walked in together to the pounding music and lively crowd.

"I'm gonna go get us some punch," Justin yelled over the music.

I nodded and made my way into the crowd looking around at the couples. From what I could see no one was wearing the same dress as me. I looked up and it seemed as though everyone was moving out of the way so I could walk through. I got real confused and just kept walking straight. Once I got to the middle of the dance floor I saw Soda holding a bouquet of roses and a guitar. The music got turned off and Soda handed me the roses.

"I have a song for you, it's called You're My Everything,

Those pretty blue eyes they've had me hooked, them bold red lips smiling up at me. I don't know what I'd do without you. How'd I live without you. I can't sleep, I can't eat, I can't do anything without you.

"Soda," I dropped the flowers and ran to him while he dropped the guitar and wrapped me in a hug.

I enjoyed his embrace while the happy tears fell then it hit me, the song, my mom doesn't know the lyrics of the song how would he know them.

"Soda, the song you remember it?"

"That and everything, I remember how much I love you, I remember when we watched the sunset in the tree, I remember everything."

"You do?" I asked unable to believe it.

He nodded and I kissed him with all the love I had. All the passion in the entire world.

"Aurora?" Justin asked with so much hurt in his voice.

"Oh Justin I'm so sorry," I walked over to him and took his hand "I like you a lot, but as a friend and Soda I love him, I wanna spend the rest of my life with him, I'm real sorry." I gave him a kiss on the cheek then went back to Soda. Justin walked away and Soda looked at me confused.

"He asked me to the dance," I answered.

"Oh, so does this mean that your my girl?"

"Yes it does,"

He kissed me and the crowd cheered then the music came back on and te students resumed there dancing.

A slow song turned on and me and Soda looked at each other. I nodded and he set a hand on my waist and grabbed my other hand. We danced to the music smiling from ear to ear at each other. Now my life was perfect, I could stay in this moment forever.

Sodas pov

Yea I got her back! Now were dancing and just smiling. I love her so much, the way she smiles, the sparkle in her eye when she looks at me, the happy tears that fell when I sang our song, everything about her is perfect and I wouldn't change a single thing.
