bubble tea with taehyung on a bright, sunny morning was one of jungkook's favorite things. just the atmosphere of the café and the cutie that sat infront of him put a smile on his face. watching taehyung sip the tapioca balls and get excited when he got three or four up the straw was insanely adorable.
"jungkookie! i got five balls!" taehyung exclaimed with a full mouth. the younger chuckled, placing his hand on taehyung's across the table. "have you talked to jimin in a while?"
"no-not really. i hope he's okay, i mean i'm always the first one he'll call when he feels upset."
"yeah, i thought i would ask since it's been a while." taehyung muttered while fiddling with his empty cup. but he really did wonder what jimin was up to these days. he never called anymore, and never hung out with the boys recently. "can-can we at least text him? it's been days since we've spoke to him, i'm just curious."
"sounds good."
jeon jungkook—hey jimin, are you well? it's been a while since i've last talked to you...
park jimin—i'm sorry i haven't chatted with you, i've been busy with someone😇
jeon jungkook—PARK JIMIN WHAT IN THE IM YOUR BESTIE YOU'RE SUPPOSED TO TELL ME THESE THINGS !
park jimin—i'll facetime you later. it might be long.
jeon jungkook—fine 🙄
"he said he's been 'busy with someone' and that he'll facetime me later" jungkook said, placing his phone on the table. taehyung glared at the younger, contemplating who that 'someone' could be.
"who do you think it is?" taehyung asked as he pursed his lips. "maybe that baekhyun kid, but you never know with jiminie these days."
jungkook nodded, getting up from his seat and beckoning taehyung to follow along. they both exited the café, heading back to the car.
"where to now?" taehyung asked while flicking on the radio.
"home." jungkook smirked, his eyes on the road.
"what are we gonna do there! i'm bored, kookie." taehyung whined, rubbing jungkook's shoulder.
"remember that time when jimin interrupted us?" taehyung said. "how about we continue that."
