What is goin' on

Alice's POV
I wake up not knowing what happened. All I can remember is some guy with Tristan, Aaron and I with a gun. Then I realize where the fuck am I ? I am in a different bedroom on a bed. I hear footsteps getting closer. I quickly react and grab the closet thing near me but I couldn't find anything to defend my self with. So I get behind the door just when It opened I threw the guy to floor and started tossing him around. Then I realized it was Aaron.
" oh my god Aaron I'm so sorry. Let me help you up" as I'm helping Aaron, Tristan runs into the room.
" wtf happened?!" He asks looking at me and Aaron.
" your girl just beat the living day lights outta me that's what happened." Aaron said groaning. Tristan just stands there and laughs.
" how can a puny girl beat you." He laughs. Tristan then calls for Connor and cole.
" yea" they said in unison. they both came in running. I think they were training cause they were both sweating.
" I need you two to spar with Alice." He said. Both boys looked dumbfounded as to why would Tristan ask that.

"Careful you two she's really strong don't let her innocence get to you" we turned to Aaron who was back on then floor.

" Alright let's go." They said everyone followed. We went to some training area down in the basement. Connor and I went first. I let Connor take the first swing. I analyzed his moves and used them to my advantage . I came up from behind him kicked him to floor from his back and let me just say I think I heard a crack. Oh well but anyways as he was on the floor I grabbed him by the arm and threw him he flew across the mat in one throw. Next up was cole he looked dumbfounded, but yet pumped. Let's just skip the details. I managed to knock out cole. I turned to look as Tristan as I went back up to the bedroom.
" you finally shut up" I said smirking.

As I had went upstairs I felt like someone was watching me but I didn't see anyone just as I was  grabbing my phone my instincts kicked in and I grabbed an arm and threw the person to the floor I probably wish I didn't do that because the person in the floor was none other than Tristan.

"Ah what the fuck Alice!?"He hissed
"What the fuck me. Seriously you literally just snuck up on me how the fuck was I supposed to react when someone scares me." I hissed back.
"I don't know not try and throw me to the floor." He sounded pretty pissed.

"Aww is somebody being a little pussy because I threw him to the floor." I am such a tease.

"Alice. Be quiet." He said.

"Why I don't have to listen to you." I said

"Just be quiet.listen." I did what i was told and stayed quiet but just then Aaron and Conner came in panicking and armed.
