|Haunted|~ Azusa

You kept having these nightmares and You don't understand why they wouldn't just go away.

You sat on your bed curled up in a ball, tears pouring down your face.

"Please...please go away I can't take it anymore" you cried.

It was dark and gloomy in the room. The moon was the only source of light you had from the window.

Your hair was a mess and you had heavy bags underneath your eyes, if it was possible people would misaken you as Kanato.

You flinched when you heard a knock at the door..

"W-who is it?" your voice cracked.

The door opened revealing Azusa with his usual blank face.

He tilted his head "(Y/N)....are you..okay?".

You parted your mouth but nothing came out. Instead you stood silent holding your knees closer to your chest.

Azusa walked towards your bed. He sat next to you, wrapping his arms around your neck.

"Tell me...what's wrong (Y/N)?" he whispered.

You felt a burning sensation in your eyes as you started trembling a little.

You went to say something but your throat felt dried. You were to scared to talk about it, too scared to even think about the nightmare.

Finally you managed to speak "i-ive been having bad dreams lately".

Azusa pulled away from the embrace "what is it about?".

"I-I really don't want to talk about it, I just want it to go a-away. I dont want to remember it anymore" you mumbled.

The nightmares are about your family, the day they were brutally murdered in front of you and how you were too weak to save them.

You blamed yourself for this. if you just saved them on that day you wouldn't be haunted be these nightmares, these horrible memories.

Azusa nodded. He stared at your face finally realizing the heavy bags under your eyes.

"When was the...last time...you slept?" he asked curiously.

You glared at your bed "I don't know, I have no idea when was the last time I had slept".

"Then let's go to sleep" he murmured.

You eyes widen "huh?"

"Him sleeping with me? I don't know if I could do this. I never slept with a guy before".

"Lets go to sleep...together" he said with a slight smile.

You had to admit you were speechless, for the first time in your life you had seen the young Mukami smile.

You nodded and lay down with Azusa right beside you. You felt his arm slither around your waist pulling you closer to his chest.

He kissed your forehead "goodnight (Y/N)".

"Goodnight Azusa~Kun".

You was afraid to fall asleep. You convinced yourself that everything would be fine so, you shut your eyes and fell asleep.

<< Next morning >>

In the morning You sat up from your bed. You stretched out you arms and legs as you do so you heard soft breathing right next to You.

You turned your head to the side to see Azusa. You felt your face heat up but didn't pay no mind to it.

You smiled down at him "if it wasn't for you I wouldn't be able to sleep".

And it was true. Last night you slept heavenly and no nightmares had haunted you.

You pressed your lips against his cheek "Thank you Azusa~Kun"

"Your welcome...(Y/N)" he mumbled.

You giggled "im sorry did I wake you ?".

He smiled "no".

You placed you head on his chest while he wrapped his arms around you.

"You know I'll....do anything for you" he whispered into your ear.

"I know" you replied.

"I love you (Y/N)....more than you can ever...imagine".

You couldn't help but give him a bright smile before kissing him softly.

"I love you too Azusa~Kun".
