It's been a few days since you've been staying at the Mansion. You have already introduced yourself to Laito's brothers and a girl name Yui.
You have gotten a lot of phone calls and text messages from your dad and a couple from your sister. Your relationship with Laito has grown a lot that now you two have started dating.
You sighed softly "I should go back home before they start looking for me".
Laito frowned "are you sure? Wonder if they hurt you again? Or even worse". You find it cute that your boyfriend was worried about you.
You pecked his lips "I'll be fine....I promise".
You hug the vampire and ran out the mansion and into the woods. You reached the front of house and took in a deep breath.
You slowly entered, peeking your head in first. There, sitting by the couch was your now sober father who looked pale and your sister who looked like a hot mess.
You cleared you throat "papa, I'm home" you announced your presence and both your dad and sister turned their heads.
Your father immediately stood up and walked towards you, you closed your eyes, waiting for the abuse to start but it never came. Instead you felt arms being wrapped around you and heard sniffles.
"I'm so sorry (Y/N) for the way I've been treating you, I didn't mean to do all those harsh things. I wasn't in the right state of mind, your mom meant everything to me she was my world" your father's voice shook.
"Why are you telling me this?" Your voice suddenly held no emotions.
Your father got choked up "I-it's because she appeared in our dreams, she was very angry with us for the way we treated you and blaming you for her death meanwhile, it really wasn't your fault".
"We regret the way we've been treating you (Y/N)" my sister said while her eyes were red and puffy. You felt happy that they apologized for what they have done but you was angry at the fact that it took your mother to appear in their dreams to see what they were doing wrong.
You just had to laugh "oh wow!".
Your father and sister stared at you with a puzzled look "what's so funny?"
Your eyes narrowed "you know what's funny? That the fact it took for mom to suddenly appear in your dreams to tell you what the fuck You were doing wrong! I'm your daughter and sister, You know how many times I thought about killing myself because of you two?!!" You snapped.
Both your father and sister stood silent with their eyes widen, you continued "I always thought it really was my fault that I killed mom but it wasn't, what really happened was that mom got sick after she gave birth to me".
"I'll take your apology but that doesn't mean I'll forgive you completely because this grudge that I have is not going away, the last 16 Years I had to pull up with your bullshit and I'm sick and tired of it!" Your voice was laced with extreme anger.
You sighed in order to calm your rage "I'm going to pack up my stuff and I'm leaving for good".
"What? Where are you going?" Your sister asked. You rolled your eyes and in the first time of your life a growl escaped your lips "since when did you suddenly care where I go?".
You went to your room and packed all of your things. Your sister and father just watched, not knowing what to do. You grabbed your bags and walked out the front door, not saying a word after.
You reached the mansion, entering the large place. Your boyfriend was walking down the stairs and he grinned "kitty-Chan, your finally back".
You smiled "yup and I'm staying for good this time". Laito kissed your lips before helping you carry your belongings to his room.
The vampire smirked "now that you'll be staying in my room you have to follow my rules". Your brow twitched "why do I have a bad feeling about this?".
"But for now let's get some rest, I know your probably exhausted from your problems" he grabbed your hand gently, leading you to the bed.
The both of You laid down. Your head was resting on your boyfriend's chest and your legs were tangled with each other.
You shut your eyes, falling asleep to the sound of Laito's heartbeat. The last thing you heard him say before you were knocked out cold was:
"I love you (Y/N) and I'm always here for you no matter what happens".
