Kanato is a young vampire who doesn't really talk to anyone except for his teddy bear. Although the vampire rarely shows any emotions but, you knew deep down he was broken.
Most of the time he felt as if Teddy was the only friend he had since he's brother don't really interact with him and his bitch of a mother died. You wanted to help him but, Kanato was used to be alone so he would push you away. Knowing you, you were too stubborn to give up. You want to stitch the open cracks that was around his cold lonely heart.
Right now your in front of the vampire's door, knocking until you got a response "Kanato-Kun please open the door! Can we just talk".
You can hear him growl "go away (Y/N)! Why can't you leave me alone already? Your so annoying, why can't you see that I want to be alone".
You locked your jaw as your clenched your fists tightly to the point where your knuckles turned white "when will you stop lying to yourself?! I know you don't want to be alone Kanato-Kun and I just want to be your friend and help you from the loneliness you feel but you keep pushing me away!"
There was silence in the room. Your heart beat quickened when the door suddenly opened, Kanato had a serious look in his violet eyes but, behind them was screaming at you, begging for you to help him.
"Here goes nothing" you thought while sighing.
Determination was seen on your face "Kanato-Kun I want you to let me in, I just want to be your friend. Let me help you! Let me heal your wounds that surrounds your heart".
Kanato eyes widen in shock by your words, his face slightly soften as he held Teddy close to his chest. He moved himself from the door to let you inside his room, you smiled "Thank you".
The young vampire went to his bed, sitting at the edge "so you mean it? Do you really want to be my friend?".
You nodded "more than anything. I thought maybe you would like to have two friends instead of one".
Kanato shyly hid his face behind Teddy "That...actually sounds nice and comforting" he said nervously which you found it adorable.
"Yes! My mission is almost complete, now I just need to open up to me and have him let go of all the pain he's feeling deep within him".
You cleared your throat "look, I just want to apologize about your mother. Although, I wasn't here long enough to know the full story of what happened but that's still your mom".
"It's fine...I was kinda close to my mom since I practically almost look exactly like her, she was the only person I could rely on and she was always there for me. Until she died" a single tear slid down his cheek.
"I was angry at her for leaving me alone! Every since then my brother's rarely spoke to me. The only time they do is when they need something from me or they want me to do something for them" his voice trembled.
A lump form in your throat as your own eyes started to water.
"I felt so alone! The only person I ever had was my mother and Teddy" he cried.
You wrapped your arms around him, in order to comfort the Vampire "but your not alone Kanato-Kun! Your not alone anymore, you have me and Teddy now" you cried along with him.
Kanato hesitantly hugged you back "Thank you (Y/N)".

It's been a month since Kanato's break down, the both of you became close friends. The young vampire was happy, he would smile whenever you were next to him.
You and his brothers could tell that the cracks that was once placed in his heart were now stitched up and healing. Ever since then Kanato was happy making the right chose for letting you in his life.
