chapter 5: Yet?

In Los Angeles

" Alex honey you're not eating you're dinner? Is everything alright?" Asks Alex's mom.

" huh? Yeah I'm fine, just thinking" says Alex shaping back into reality

" honey I made you, I know when you're bothered by something, now what is it? " Says her mom

" fine, well I'm thinking about London. " says Alex looking out the windows with her chin on her fist.

" okay, may I ask why? Is it a boy?" Says her mom winking and elbowing her

" no, well yeah, but that's not the only reason, I have been thinking that since some of my best friends are there, and we have a lot of family there, that I could move there?" Says Alex

" Well honey, you have some good points" says her mom

" So if I were too move there, you and dad would be fine with it?" Says Alex unsure

" honey, you're are an adult now, you can make grown up decisions, of course I want you too stay here, but what kind of mother would I be if I stopped you from doing something that's going to make you happy" Say her mother taking her plate. " and I know you so well your stuff is already packed! So if you fly back tomorrow, then your stuff should be there...

" OMG REALLY! Mom you're there best! I love you so much!" Says Alex.

With that she goes off to bed with a big smile on her face. You could say that all she was thinking about was London, but Joe was still in her mind. She could not wait for the day ahead! She couldn't wait to call the city of London her own and she couldn't wait to see Joe Again!

In London

Joe's POV

Before Alex got here all I knew was that Zoe wanted me to meet one of her friends. Cool, but I kept forgetting about it, until I met her and we got closer. Now she is all I can think about! I was filming a video with Caspar today, and I normally think about the video and only the video, but I kept getting distracted because she kept popping into my head! I had to reschedule the filming for the video!

I need to do something about her, and our situation! I don't know what I'm going to do, but all I know is I want to be more than friends!
Since I couldn't film the video I have had nothing to do all day so I have been sitting at home, playing fifa and thinking about what to do. I kept thinking then I just decided to tell Zoe, and she can help me. Not the worst idea right?

On the phone

Joe: Hey Zoe.

Zoe: Hey Joe what's up?

Joe: I need to talk to you about something

Zoe: you fancy Alex?

Joe: I - how did you know?

Zoe: Joe I'm your sister, and if you like her then go tell her!

Joe: I can't, I would, but I can't

Zoe: Joe, it's not hard, just call her and tell her. I mean you're in the same apartment!

Joe: yeah, no! She went back to LA, but she said I'll see her soon so I just have to wait
...

Zoe: not that long, now going to sleep it's 4 am! Good night!

With that Zoe hangs up and Joe heads to bed, trying to sleep but is kept up by the thought of what Zoe, said.

In Los Angeles

" do you have everything !" Asks Alex mom.

" mom, if you mean my carryon? Then yes, because you sent everything else down yesterday!" Says Alex

" okay okay easy with the sarcasm smarty pants! Now have a good flight, and call me when you land!" Says her mom

" thanks mom, wait!? Where did you send my stuff I don't have an apartment yet?" Says Alex starting to freak out

" don't worry we found one in a nice building, we have thought of almost everything honey now go!" Says her mom pushing her out the door

" thank you I really don't know what I would do without you " says Alex hugging her then jumping into her car.

Alex arrives at the airport in London after a long flight, and is welcomed by Zoe and Alfie

" hiiii" says Zoe running and hugging her.

" hi, I missed you ... it only been a day never mind!" Says Alex laughing then hugging Alfie " where's Joe?"

" he's at his apartment, and doesn't know you're here. " Says Zoe

" well let's go say hi" Says Alex smiling

At Joe's Apartment

*Knock Knock *

" hello " says Joe opening the door very tired and not noticing who it is

" is that the kind of welcome, I get for moving to London? And not being seen for a whole entire day?" Says Alex sarcastically

"Huh" says Joe and he realizes who it is at the door. " Alex? Is that you?"

" last time I checked " Says Alex laughing " I missed you"

Joe then pulls her into a tight, big hug. Thinking he is going to let go, he tightens his grip and she tightens hers. They hug for 40 seconds and each smile into each other's shoulders. They then let go and gaze into each other's eyes.

" I missed you too " says Joe keeping his gaze. " there's also something I want to tell and ask you, - "

He is cut off by the feeling of Alex's lips on his. She continues to kiss him softly, she can feel him smile in the kids which causes her to smile and pull away.

" I like you too Joe" says Alex smiling

" would you like to go on a date with me" they say at the same time still keeping their gaze. " Yes".

" wait! " says Joe breaking their gaze. " you said moving to London? "

" yeah, why?" Says Alex

" like full time?" Says Joe
" yes, WHY?" Says Alex

" nothing, it just me and I get too see you everyday! Which makes me happy" says Joe making Alex's heart melt

" oh you big flirt, we're not even dating yet! " says Alex trying to hide her true feelings

" Yet?" Asks Joe smiling

" we will see how the first date goes tomorrow " says Alex

With that They head over to Alex's apartment and start setting things up, and in no time they have majority of it done.

No matter how hard they tried neither one of them could stop thinking about the big date tomorrow! How is it going to go? Bad? Good? I guess they'll find out!
