the elevator opened and i didn't believe my eyes.

"oh my god," i said.

"maddyson?"

"hunter."

"what are you doing here?" i asked.

"more like what are you doing here, in arizona?" he commented.

"why would i tell you?"

"i mean we're friends right?"

"no not really," i said.

"what?" he asked.

"i mean we haven't seen each other since l.a. and we weren't really besties then either," i said.

"whoa okay, well i'm staying here for a couple days with brando. we're doing a meet and greet in this hotel in two days," he said.

of course out of all the hotels i just happened to be staying in the same one as hunter and brandon what luck.

i just got into the elevator and hunter stood across silently. my phone chirped.

loren ❤: omgggg you're in az?! i'm here too!!

me: omg no way, awesome!!!!

loren ❤: we should meet up and hang!!

me: TOTALLYYY HMU TONIGHT?!

loren ❤: YASSS!(:

"hey uhm can you click floor three for me?" i asked.

"yah..oh wait that's my floor i already have it pressed," he grinned.

of course we're on the same floor. just my luck.

we got to our floor and then i walked out and then him.

"not to be like weird but what room are you in?" he asked.

"uh..14b why?" i asked.

"because i'm 13b," he laughed.

of course you are. i wanted to say but didn't.

"hah that's funny," i said.

"yah," he said as we walked down the hall to our rooms.

we both went our separate ways and went into our rooms.

-hunters p.o.v- (omg i've nvr done this before lmao)

i walked into my room to see brandon and some girl hanging out.

"who's this?" i asked.

"this is kendall," he said.

"oh cool, looks familiar," i said.

"yah she's on dance moms. friends with maddie ziegler," brandon said.

"hey i'm kendall!" she said.

"hey kendall," i said,"but brandon guess who i just saw?"

"who?"

"maddy,"i said.

"oh my god." he said.

"wait maddy like your ex?" kendall asked.

"hah yah," i said.

"she's here?" brandon asked.

"she's staying in 14b right next door!" i said.

"NO WAY!" brandon got really excited because him and maddy had always been really close even if me and her weren't. they had a really tight bond. i was jealous of it.

"yah i'm sure she's love you to say after y'all are done hanging out. but ill just chill in the lobby since you guys are up here," i said.

"thanks dude," brandon said.

"ill see ya text me when you're done," i said.

"okay bye!" brandon said.

"bye kendall," i said.

"bye!!" she replied.

i went ahead and left the room and headed back to the elevator.

i got inside and pressed the main floor button.

once the elevator got to the main level i decided to walk around a bit and see what was around.

my phone buzzed.

loren 😍: hey i'm in town and i was thinking ab hanging w maddy if you didn't hear she's here too. maybe you wanna join us?

me: yah ik she's here, we're in the same hotel, but i don't think she'd like me coming.

loren 😍: then you really should come!!

me: oh, so you still hate her?

loren 😍: well duh, why did you think i asked to hang out w her, cause i want to be her friend? lmao hilarious.
