Scott took Phil into Olympus, the exterior a striking resemblance of the hotel's exterior. Phil was beyond flabbergasted by the beauty of the Olympians' resting place. Scott took the entranced boy into a Grecian home, leading him into a bedroom where two boys were sitting on the bed, only paying attention to each other. One was roughly three inches shorter than Phil, with dark hair and darker eyes. Then, there was an even shorter guy, about a half a foot shorter, very petite boy with chestnut hair and eyes similar to Phil's. They both looked up with a confused smile.
"Who is this?" the dark eyed boy asked, his voice deep and obviously British.
"Liam," Scott introduced, "this is the amazing Phil you have heard about. Phil, this is my brother, Liam, and the tiny one is his husband, Louis. They were the trainers and guardians before Mitch and I came along. They now reside here in Olympus."
"Nice to meet you," Phil smiled, a blush growing on his cheeks.
"Well it's nice to meet you too," Liam returned, patting an empty space on the bed. "Well just sit here as we wait for dinner to be finished. We're having Chinese tonight, so I hope you like it."
"I do," Phil nodded, sitting on the empty spot.
Scott left Phil with Louis and Liam, Phil proving to be incredibly anxious. The only three people that he would trust with his life was Lynn, Dan, and Scott, and neither of them were with him. All Phil wanted to do was run out and find Dan, but he knew, deep down, that it was a bad idea. He sat there silently, only speaking when he was asked a question, answering with short answers and wishing that Scott was there with him. Pretty soon, the three were called down for dinner, them all heading to the dining room. Phil grabbed a plate, silently eating the food until the blond haired Texan joined them for dinner.
"Is Phil really always this quiet?" Liam asked, Phil looking at his feet awkwardly when he noticed all three looking at him.
"Not really," Scott admitted. "He just has really bad trust issues. Phil, you can seriously trust these two. If it wasn't for them and two others, we wouldn't have a safeish home. They're great people, and you may see them more when we start recruiting."
"I'm sorry you guys," Phil sighed. "I just don't know who to trust anymore."
"Look," Louis spoke up, "when Scott's not there, you can always come to us. We both went through a lot to get here. You will go through a lot of trials, like we did, and we want to help you to prepare for what is to come. If you have any questions, and Scott's unavailable, you know where to find us."
"What happened to your friends?" Phil, the two men's faces dropping. "When we discuss the previous four, they only talk about you and Liam."
"We don't know what happened," Louis squeaked, tears glazing his eyes. "Niall, he's still living in the hotel, and he takes care of his son, who is roughly thirty now, but he stopped aging at ten. Harry he... he was voluntarily stripped down to a human and we haven't seen him since."
"Well I am sorry to hear that," Phil smiled apologetically, beginning to open up to the two now gods.
The rest of dinner consisted of jokes and stories from all of them. They each took turns telling stories so specific, Phil felt like he had known them his entire life. Then, after dinner, they all piled up in the bed and continued stories and jokes. Phil almost forgot how mad he was at Dan until Scott told the story. Phil grew angry and tried to storm out, but Scott tackled the boy, knowing his intention. Phil tried his hardest to break free, but Scott was still physically stronger than him.
"Let me go, Scott!" Phil demanded, Scott not budging.
"I'm not going to let anger make you do something stupid," Scott shook his head. "If you go then I am going with you."
"Fine, let's go then," Phil shrugged, Scott sighing as they got up and went off to find the son of Hades. ~~~~~~*~~~~~~
It had been about eight hours since Scott hung up with Mitch, and Dan had since then went back to his room to be alone. Becca was over, but she seem off, and almost brain controlled, so he asked her to leave. He just sat alone in his room, with only one light on, writing in his journal. His anxiety grew with every hour that passed, not knowing if Scott found Phil, or if Phil was even alive. He tried to keep his mind off of the scary thoughts attempting to possess him. Suddenly, he heard a knock on the door. He his his journal and went to the door, opening it to Phil and Scott."Phil!" Dan yelled, wrapping his arm around the twenty year old.
"Get your hands off of me!" Phil yelled, yanking Dan off of him, the boy falling to the floor. "Why the hell did you lie to me, Dan?"
"I didn't know how you'd take it," Dan squeaked out.
"I would've believed you, Dan!" Phil snapped. "That second day, I could already tell that something was wrong. I had these dreams about you and... well Mitch. I started to believe them, wondering what I did wrong for you to do that. I asked Scott about it constantly, and he'd shrug it off, but he knew. He knew what was going on, and he lied because he knew I wouldn't believe him. Fuck you. Fuck you for lying to me."
"Phil," Dan sniffled, tears dripping down his face. "I'm so sorry. I should've told you, and I am so fucking sorry for being an asshole. You didn't deserve all of this and I'm sorry. I'm sorry for betraying your trust. I love you, Phil. I love you more than anything. Please forgive me too, Scott. I crave your forgiveness too. I know you hate Hades kids, but I promise you I am not a bad person. Phil, Scott, please forgive me."
"I forgave you about an hour ago," Scott shrugged, glaring at the son of Poseidon, who decided to say nothing. "Phil, we talked about this. You can't hold onto anger like that."
"I forgive him," Phil sighed, "but that doesn't mean I want you back; not yet. I'm not ready to trust you like that again. You know my past. You know how hard it is for me to trust anyone. You broke that trust and it'll take a lot to gain it back."
"Phil please!" Dan begged. "You can trust me. Please give me another chance."
"Ask me tomorrow when I'm not angry," Phil stayed serious, though all three knew he was breaking.
"Just come in," Dan squeaked though his voice was hopeful. "Let's just talk like we did when you first came along. We'll just start over, and I'll remind you why we both trusted each other. Please give me a chance to start over. That's all I want."
"Dan..." Phil finally broke down. "Okay. We'll try and start over. Scott, come get me in the morning for my test."
"Will do," Scott smiled, walking away as Phil walked into Dan's room.
