Chapter Five (Macy POV)

     I got up extra early and headed down the mountain so hopefully I could avoid Zane, Fulgur, and Dan altogether, I ran through the woods and towards the school, when I got there I started for the gym to change and put my stuff in a locker, I walked out of the locker room and turned to walk in the gym when a hand grabbed me, I looked back and saw Zane smirking down at me, I gulped and tried to get away.

     "Whats going on here?" I heard the deep voice of my PE teacher asked, I turned and saw him standing in the doorway of the gym.

     "Yes everything is just fine." Zane said pulling me backwards into his chest "just enjoying the early company of my girlfriend before I have to go to class." He said wrapping his arm around my waist, I stood there and kept my head down, I knew better than to say anything unless spoken to at this point.

     "Macy is this true?" The PE teacher asked looking at me.

     Zane glared at me through the corner of his eye and I looked up at the teacher "yes sir." I said swallowing my fear.

     "Alright if you say so." The teacher said going back into the gym, I looked back at Zane who was smirking at me.

     "For being a good girl I might not beat you so bad." he said pulling me away from the gym, he pulled me outside and pushed me against the brick wall, he looked me over and grinned evilly "not bad~." He said and I gulped.

     "Z-Zane?" I said pressing my back against the wall in an attempt to get away from him.

      "How about we strike a deal Rivers." He said stepping up to me "you agree to be my girlfriend and I won't beat you as bad, that is, unless you step out of line." He said, I looked at him and gulped "better answer correctly Rivers, or else the beatings will get worse." he said popping his knuckles.

     I looked down and sniffled "fine." I said, he grabbed my hands and pinned me to the wall, I looked up to him smirking evilly down at me.

     "Good~." He said before smashing his lips onto mine, I cringed and tried to get away but he squeezed my wrists so much I yelped in pain, he took this opportunity to slip his tongue in my mouth and explore, I felt the bile rise in my throat but gagged it back down when he pulled away and looked at me, the bell rang and he grumbled, he let me go and walked inside, I waited a few minutes before going in and to the girls bathroom, I turned the water fountain on and washed my mouth out.

"He's disgusting."  I thought to myself, I turned and walked into the gym.

Who? Dan? Fulgur asked. also where did you go this morning?

No not Dan, he's adorable when he wants to be, I'm talking about Zane. I said back, I felt her anger rise.

What did he do? She growled.

He forced me to be his girlfriend. I said grumbling to myself.

WHAT?!?!?!? Why didn't you defend yourself?! She yelled and I flinched from the ringing in my ear.

Because I'm not strong enough!!! I yelled back.

You're a dragon, nothing is stronger than you!!!! She snarled.

I'M NOT A DRAGON!!!!! And I never will be!!!!! I yelled, I cut our connection at that and grabbed a soccer ball, I messed around for a bit because today was a free day in PE until I felt an arm wrap around my waist, out of new found instinct I backhanded whoever it was and jumped away from them, I turned and glared but stopped when I saw it was Dan.

     "Ow Mace why?" He said holding his cheek, I gasped and stepped up to him.

     "I'm so sorry Dan I didn't mean to." I said moving his hand and looking at the red hand mark on his cheek "what are you doing here?" I asked.
