Chapter 5: Rough Waves

When Exy had arrived home her sister was laying on the couch reading book aloud. Or was she. Exy was really wondering why she was hearing things. For the longest time she would people talking about all sorts of things but every time she would look at the their mouths were closed. Exy thought for a while before dropping her bags and running up to the library. Her sister called our to her but she just said she was ok.

When she arrived at the library she immediately searched for the book. While walking down one of the isles she saw the book open and floating in mid air. She walked up and took the book and read the page. It read

'The Star of Libra shines dimly while the Star of Scorpio shines brightly. When the two stars cross the Libra will take control and revive the Star of Scorpio.

The Star of Scorpio discovers her new ability, The ability to read minds. But now they must learn how to control and use it not for personal gain but for the benefit of the world'

It was most likely a prophecy of some sort because it kind of describes the day. When went to school she was in a good mood and when she met Meiqi she was kind of sad. Then she kept hearing  people talk even when their mouths weren't moving, she was obviously reading their minds. It also confirms that Meiqi has to the Star of Libra. She hadn't talk to anyone asides from Meiqi and if she is the star of Scorpio then Meiqi must be the Star of Libra.

Exy went downstairs and saw her sister standing at the bottom of the stairs. "Are you ok Sojung?" She asked walking up the girl. Exy just nodded reassuring her sister. She noticed the bags were gone from where she had left them. "The servants took them up to your room. "

After having a short (awkward) conversation with her sister Exy retreated to her room and began unpacking her bags. Exy looked at the things she had bought and smiled. This the most amount of thing she had ever received in her life. Maybe she went a tad bit over the line.

"I wasn't expecting you to buy so many things." Exy squeaked at the sudden voice behind her. When she turned around she saw her sister standing by the door. The older girl walked over a began inspecting the things she had bought. Exy shifted awkwardly, she didn't really know what to do or say. "I'm surprised though. Your sister said that you never spent money, you'd always save it up for later. I guessed you- "

"I'm sorry. I'll pay you back. Somehow. " Exy said abruptly cutting Seohyun off. Seohyun sighed. Their relationship wasn't going to get any better if Seohyun was still so angry.

"No need. " Seohyun said placing down a t-shirt she was observing. "I'm sorry for separating you from your sister. But it's better for both of you."

"Whatever." Exy said before standing up and walking away to put some of the stuff. Seohyun looked down, closing her eyes. She stood up and left the room quietly. Exy needed space and she had to give her that.

Exy began working on her essay for school. It was a book review on a book she had read at least 100 times. She knew that book cover to cover so writing this was a breeze. Even though it was easy kept getting distracted, Meiqi was on her mind.

Exy sighed before closing her book and taking up 'For the Stars at Heart'. It was a thick book with lots of blank pages. There were a few pages with writing on them, but the writing was a drawing of a palm with the different signs written above with some weird symbols around. Exy turned to the Scorpio page, unlike the rest of the book there was writing. Exy read through all the pages trying to see if there was some sort of answer written in it. Sadly the book did not give much information about the entire situation but it talk alot about Exy.

On the one right before the 'Sagittarius print' it said Tri-prophecy. The book said:

"Yesterday
This was a day of surprises for you but you surfaced and pushed through and discovered your true potential as the Star of Scorpio.

Welcome Sojung

Today
Everything that happened yesterday elapsed into today. But with your natural leadership skills you kept it all under control. You discover something new but your still weary about it. But there is something else in your life that will soon require your attention.

Your on the right path keep your head straight but remember who you are. On this day you will be faced with 3 choices. All having a massive effect on your life. Be careful of your words, decision and choices.

Conclusion
Three confusing days of your life. Two persons sit on a stool but you can only have one.

Will you be satisfied tomorrow?"

Sojung flipped threw the book relizing that writing she had read earlier that evening had disappeared. Sojung sighed heavily. This book was like a guilty criminal, couldn't get it's story. It all made no sense and it gave her a headache.

From what she understands, someone in her life is about to do something or is going through something and it will need her but question is who?
