Kathy POV I woke up to my alarm going off and I cursed myself for setting it last night. I got up and went into the bathroom and took a shower and brushed my teeth. I put on a gray Adidas shirt with a short Jeans shorts with my little gray bag and my Adidas shoes.

I went downstairs and ate pancakes and went outside as I was about to text Mia, Brendan came and said you don't have to ride with your friend because I can give you a ride I nodded and texted Mia that I was getting a ride to school. I hopped in and he said so good morning I smiled and said hey doofus he smiled goofily and said I sure am. He drove off to school and when we reached and I stepped out. All eyes were on us and I shifted uncomfortable. Brendan came and put his hand around my shoulder and said come on. I walked and tried to ignore everyone's stares. When I reached my class I cleared my throat and Brendan dropped his arm immediately. He said have a good day see you later. I went into class and Mia ran to me like a crazy woman and screamed oh my momma you came with Brendan. I laughed and said oh my momma? She shrugged her shoulders and said whatever so answer my question. I said yes I did no biggie she said what way biggie omg my best friend has a boyfriend my best- I put my hand over her mouth and said shut up will you? Mmmmm mm mmmm was all I heard I removed my hand and said great she whispered my best friend has a boyfriend. I rolled my eyes and sat down. I told her about this morning and she squealed as usual. The teacher came in and I turned around and took out my books. Time skips to after school Mia dropped me home and said that she'll text me I said OK bye and came out. I glanced at Brendan's house and took a deep breath and went over. I knocked the door and a little girl with brunette hair and blue eyes and glasses answered the door.

She looked like Brendan a little. I bent down to her height and she said you look pretty I smiled and said but you look prettier she blushed and said so why are you here I got up and said I'm here to see Brendan she said oh my brother.....are you his girlfriend I laughed and said no she said well you should because you look pretty she stepped back and shouted BRENDAN A PRETTY GIRL IS DOWNSTAIRS TO YOU!!!! I laughed and after a few seconds Brendan came running downstairs. He said Matilda go to your room. Matilda ran upstairs. I said I didn't know you had a sister where was she whenever I came over he said she was with dad. I said oh. He said she's ambitious, headstrong, sweet but, also very stubborn, sort of clumsy and she's also a little indecisive. I laughed and said she looks cute he said that's what they all say before they meet her. I laughed and said aren't you going to invite me in he scoffed and said come in madam I curtsied and said glad to we both laughed and he said you look really pretty I said thanks. I sat down when Brendan came and sat down beside me. I asked where his mom was he said she just left to run some errands I said OK and said go get me something to drink he said you're so polite and I said I know with enough sarcasm as him. He got up and went into the kitchen and came back with two Pepsi's. I opened mine and took a big gulp he laughed and said you eat a lot, where does it go. I frowned and said how do you know that and I'm not that skinny. He laughed and said can't you take a joke I said not when your joke isn't funny. He started tickling me and I laughed I tried to push him off but I failed and he continued tickling me. After a while I heard a small voice say so you ARE my brother's girlfriend Brendan abruptly stopped and I sat up straight. I looked at Brendan nervously he just rolled his eyes at his sister and said she's not my girlfriend Matilda.
