Kathy POV
I woke up very excited that I was practically bouncing to the bathroom. I hurriedly brushed my teeth and took a quick shower. I hurriedly put on my bathsuit and my dress over it. I slipped on my slippers and ran downstairs. Mom laughed and slow down tigress. She gave me my mouth watering breakfast and I wanted to savor every thing. When I was finished I texted my best friends to come and pick me up. She came in a matter of minutes and she looked good. We drove off to her house to pass some time. We were playing hide and seek with her siblings when we realized that the time was closer to the time of the party. We headed out and she drove to the address. When we got there the party was in full swing. People were dancing everywhere. I called Brendan to ask him if he had arrived. He said yes he was by the pool. I grabbed Mia's hand and tried to make our way through the life of the party. It was then that I saw Brendan. He was drop dead gorgeous. He was in a blue navy shirt and a faded jeans with his black converse on. I ran over to him and kissed him. He didn't respond but then when he realized it was me he pulled me closer and kissed me deeper. Our friends cleared their throat and we pulled back blushing. He said hey I laughed and said I think we passed the hey stage. He nodded and said right. I asked him if was ready to go in the pool. He said only if you are. I smiled and took of my dress. Brendan's jaw dropped in awe. I smirked and said lock your mouth before flies enter. He blinked and closed his mouth. "You look....you look....wow." Brendan said. I laughed and said I know. He took off his clothes revealing his green trunks. I asked if he knew I was wearing green. He shook his head and said "nope just went with the flow." I nodded and jumped in the pool saying "hallabunga." Brendan jumped in saying cannonball. He swam over to me and kissed me. I smiled into the kiss but pulled away. He whimpered and I laughed. I splashed him; he looked taken aback. He splashed me back and I squealed. It the turned out into a full out girls versus boys water war. The boys ended up winning because the girls did not want to get all that wet. We went to the bar to get a drink. I ordered a cold beer and downed it in a matter of seconds. That was when everything went downhill.
