Kathy POV
When I answered the door I saw Matthew standing at the door. I asked him confused what he was doing here and why so late. He said Kathy you're the love of my life and it's come to my attention that you and Brendan are dating. I shrugged and said yeah we are, but we can be friends even best friends but I won't ever like you I know it sounds harsh but it's the plain cold truth. He said Kathy I can't accept that because I only have eyes for you and that will never change I'm sorry that I let myself fall in love with you but I have and I don't regret it because your beautiful, talented, smart and very straight forward. I blushed but said Matthew and I wished I liked you because you're cute, smart, I'm sure you're very talented, funny and you aren't afraid that even though you're a nerd you're still not backing down from what you want but I'm sorry I love Brendan. I sighed but then I realized I said the L word. I stuttered to Mathew you...you...should...g...g..go. I slammed my door and turned off the TV. I ran upstairs and went to bed to sleep and take my mind off of tonight and Matthew.
Time skips to next day
I woke up and went into the bathroom to shower and brush my teeth. I put on a pink shirt that said Who Are You? With my skinny Jeans Pants and my black flats. I caught my hair in a ponytail and went downstairs. I texted Brendan to come and pick me up. I ate my breakfast which was fruit salad and orange juice. I quickly ate and sat down. When I heard honking outside I kissed mom goodbye and went outside to Brendan. I hopped in and said why did you give me? He said because I wanted to. I said OK but why not give me one he said because there was two times you turned me down so that represents the two times. I smiled and said you are the perfect boyfriend he smiled and said I know. I said shut up playfully and turned on the radio. He pulled up to the school driveway and I came out. I took a deep breath while I got a glare from Essence. I shrugged and asked him why she was glaring at me. He said well she wanted me to kiss her but I never did so now she's angry that I'm with you. I smiled and tipped on my toes and kissed him. He bent down a little and deepened the kiss. When we pulled apart we went into school. We sat down before the bell rang.
Time skips to after school
Mia dropped me home and I took a shower. I was too tired so I turned on some music on my phone to drop asleep. When I saw that it wasn't working I went downstairs for some milk. I drank it and went back upstairs. It seemed to do the trick because I fell fast asleep.
