Loki

I caught Percy as he passed out.

I'm guessing something horrible happened to Annabeth, judging by his reaction.

"Brother, Annabeth is dead. As are the rest of the Seven and his mortal parents." Thor informed me.

I can't believe I caused my friend pain. Okay yes I may have caused trouble for Thor but can you blame me?

Thor is the golden boy. Odin adopted me yet never treated me as a son. Mother was not like that.

And Thor never did a thing when his friends, as Midgardians put it, bullied me.

On top of that I made a deal with the Mad Titan so I could live after discovering him. And I dared not speak of his influence in fear of backlash.

A sea scent filled the air and Percy's immortal family appeared.

"Brother!" Tyson yelled. But he did not see how Percy was at the moment.

"Lord Poseidon. I fear I caused your son to suffer a flashback. I did not know the events of the recent war."

Kym was staring at everyone with interest, especially Natasha.

I guess she never has been around other girls since her sister faded.

"That's okay Loki. Just keep ahold of Percy. Your powers are calming him." I nodded.

I looked down at the young demigod. He had tears gathering in his eyes.

Poor Percy. Ack, stop pitying him. You know he doesn't like it.

But still. Annabeth was his world, he fell into hell just so she wouldn't be alone, saving her life in the process.

He even held up the sky for her. Not many would willingly do that.

He started tossing around in my arms. I moved until one hand was supporting him and the other on his forehead.

I reached into his mind and sensed another being. Delving farther I was blasted by the aura of pure he evil he emits.

Stumbling backwards I kept my hold on Percy, careful not to drop him.

     "Brother?" Thor questioned.

"I'm fine. There's another entity in Percy's mind. One that radiates pure evil." I looked to Lord Poseidon.

He nodded sadly. "He was taken down into the Pit. All I know is he and Annabeth both suffered from PTSD."

Tyson looked sadly at Percy. "Poor brother." Triton nodded, agreeing with his cyclops brother.

Percy woke up with a start. Literally jumping out of my arms.

"Thanks Loki. Hi Dad." He nodded at his father.

"Big Brother!" Tyson yelled, crushing Percy in a bear hug.

"Nice to see you too big guy. How's Ella?" The cyclops blushed, oh so someone has a crush.

      "She's good."

"Perseus." Kym greeted with Percy's full name.

"Kym. It's Percy." He pulled out a parcel and handed it to her. "This was supposed to be from Jason."

Kym nodded solemnly and stowed the parcel in a tote bag she was carrying.

"Percy are you okay?" Steve asked. I honestly cannot believe Steve is Percy's mortal grandfather.

Actually yes I can. They both share the same natural leadership.

"Yeah. It wasn't that bad. But..." His brow furrowed.

    "But what?" Stark asked.

"Another war is coming. And I don't know if I'll be any help." He closed his eyes and breathed out.

"Percy you have done enough. You do not need to fight again." His dad placed a hand on his shoulder.

"Even I have to agree. You have lost too much brother." Triton said.

"No I need to. Did you forget my flaw?" Personal loyalty.

      "Flaw?" Natasha asked.

"Yeah. My fatal flaw. I will sacrifice myself to save my friends or family." Poseidon pulled his son into a side hug.

"Which is why he blames himself for the deaths."

"Dad go call the council. Tell them this. I'm going to take them up." Percy told his dad who nodded.

"Be careful." His dad left, his kids following soon after.

      He turned to us.

"Time to take you to see the council."

"Where are we heading?" Clint questioned.

      "The 600th floor."
