So my mom went out without me. 

You guys are probably getting tired of the random wallpapers...I was tired of the one I was using so yay. New one. This one reminds me of something that lostamongstars would make. You guys remember her? Maybe...maybe not. Depends how long ago you were here...during the age when the Percy Jackson Fandom ruled this community.

She made the best covers in the fandom. NancySanda was pretty good too (I can't remember if I even got that username right).

Lol and then there was me, just starting out on mobile, not knowing a thing, but learning through experience.  I allowed graphic shop hopping (still do actually) and boy was I crap. Can you imagine, little old me against those two goddesses. There weren't a lot of cover designers back then -- at least not outside of the forums. Not in our circle of demigods, dragonriders, and wizards anyway.

I think it was that fact alone that turned me into what I am today. Even though I was still a crap artist at the time, I was giving out cheap product to a world of massive demand...and look at me now. I'm still going strong, speaking of the times when I was nothing in the eyes of lords.

I think my point is, I based my anime graphic style off the person who I always aspired to be deep inside. We weren't very close but she was the best at her trade, better than most of us can ever hope to be.

On a completely different note. When I get to 1005 followers (because that's the standard error of people who unfollow within a week to those who stay following), I'm going to hold a simple giveaway. One graphic per name drawn. Everyone's name entered once into the batman hat. I'd prefer if I could do this before break ends, but it's probably not gonna happen.

Sigh I wanna reopen but I'm feeling really peculiar about the graphics I'm making and I don't want to let so many people down with false hope.
