"Hey sis, happy birthday" Adriana gets on to the phone.
"Thank you, I really miss you guys up here" I say.
"We miss you too" she says.
"So how's it been with you guys?"
"Just still throwing up every time I eat. Now I know what it was like for you" she says.
"Yep, karma is a b*tch. How about you Jay? Still sleeping with Dyme on the low?" I laugh.
"Ouuu" Adriana instagates.
"Actually yes. I'm a free man so I can do whomever I please. Christine and I are just talking for now..."
"You must really like that chick. Once you cheat on me, you cut" Adri says.
"Well for your information, I actually care about this girl.....and then I don't wanna make the same mistake I did in my past"
"What mistake?" I ask.
"When me and Dyme used to go out, she cheated on me first right and then I cheated back on her. That was a mistake on my part, I should've fixed us instead of looking to the next person. So that's why I'm giving her another chance, but if we just don't work anymore....then I'm leave the situation alone"
"True true. But thanks again for calling me you guys, my son just woke up so....I'm a go feed him"
"Give my nephew a kiss for me" Adri says.
"Aight, see you Kaila. Enjoy your birthday"
"Love y'all and see ya" I say before hanging up.

After getting Thomas situated and cleaned up from his nap, I sit him down in the living room with me. I open up his soft little baby snacks and begin to feed him, hearing my facetime ringtone go off.
I lean over and pick up my phone, seeing that it was Jace calling and answer the call. "Hey"
"Hey, happy birthday" he says, looking at me.
"Thank you" I smile.
"What you guys doing?"
"Nothing. I'm just giving my little fat man a snack"
