Tokyo Ghoul || Human Ayato x Human Reader

AN: Yay! Another Ayato story 😂😅

The camera beeped on and I turned it to face my "loving boyfriend" who was inside the comfort of his home. Me ,however, was outside the lounge window.

I quietly whispered to the camera:

"Here we have the precious Ayato Kirishima. He is currently collecting food after a long day of sitting on the couch all day, much to the annoyance of his mate..."

I watched Ayato shut the fridge after taking out about 5 chocolate bars. He opened one, oblivious to the fact that I was watching him. He sat back on the couch and checked his phone. No messages from me. Turning the TV back on, he started to watch one of the Saw movies.

"Ayato is known to love being scared by horror movies. He usually cuddles up to his mate who would comfort the precious male."

One of the jump-scares happened and Ayato flinched. I watched him pick up his phone and try to ring me.

My camera shuffles a bit as I pulled my phone up in front of it. It's ringing and the contacts name is Ayato.

"The creature attempts to call his mate for support but she rejects him for the time being."

I pressed the decline button and moved the camera to see Ayato staring at the phone.

"Dammit." He murmured to himself and opened the messaging app and typed something.

My phone vibrated and I brought the phone up to the camera again.

Ayato - Where are you?

(Y/N) - Why? What's up?

Ayato - It's not important. Just come round to my place

(Y/N) - I'm busy. You need a good reason to get me over

Ayato - Are you sure you're busy?

(Y/N) - Yeah. I'm revising for a test next week.

Ayato - By revising do you mean filming me through the window?

I stopped short and looked up. Ayato was stood by the window looking down at me.

"H...Hey Ayato." I sheepishly smiled up at him.

He opened the window and leaned out.

"Get in here. It's cold outside." He shut the window and walked to the door.

"Well I fucked up." I murmured to the camera as it moved around to the front door. It opened at Ayato let me inside.

"What were you doing with a camera outside my window?" Ayato looked at the camera with his arms crossed.

"I...uh...um..." I rubbed the back of my neck nervously

"Gimme the camera, (Y/N)." He started walking towards the camera

"Nope!" I took of running in the house and Ayato was close behind me.

"What's on the damn thing?!" He yelled

"That's for me to know and you to never find out!" I yelled back and laughed.

Ayato grabbed my waist and that stopped me from running. I yelled in shock and tried to break free.

"Ayato! No! Please don't take my camera!" He tried to reach the camera but I moved my arm in front of me so he couldn't reach it. The bastard tickled my arm which made me re-coil and laugh. Ayato got the camera and tried to play the video.

"How do you play the damn thing?" He moved the camera around, trying to find the play button.

"This is why I'M the techy person in the relationship." I walked over to his side and pressed the play button.

He stared at the camera as the clip ran. He snickered at my narration and I blushed. Ayato never laughs but when he does it's so cute. The video finished and he looked at me

"Really (Y/N)?"

I looked down.

"You didn't talk to me for ages. It felt like you were ignoring me."

Ayato wasn't the best at affection so he just wrapped his arm around me and kissed my forehead

"Talk to me idiot. I'm not always gonna make the first move."

"You never do though. I asked you out remember." I sang to his annoyance

"Just shut up and finish watching Saw with me."My face paled and I ran to the door.

"Nope!" I yelled but he grabbed me from behind and snuggled his head into the back of my neck making me stop.

"Please (Y/N)?" He murmured into my hair.

I sighed "fine." We walked back and finished watching Saw after what felt like a decade.
