Matthew, Alfred, (y/n) and the rest of the year are 15 years old.

"Class, there is a new student joint us today. I want everyone to make her feel welcome." The teacher said from her desk.

Alfred put his arm around his twin brother.

"I hope she's hot. What do you think, Mattie?"

Matthew looked up to his brother and then went back to reading.

"I don't know. I hope she's nice."

His brother laughed loudly and the door opened. A young girl about 15 ran in. She was panting and it looked like she'd ran all the way to school.

"Haha sorry I'm late. I overslept and missed my bus. I had to skateboard to school." She stood up straight after catching her breath. Matthew looked up and blushed. She had pretty (h/c) hair tied up in a messy ponytail. She wore a white tee shirt with a red and black plaid flannel tied around her waist. She wore black skinny jeans, black Converse and an All Time Low hat. Finally she had a black rucksack with a red Vans logo was on her back. She held the Black skateboard in her hand.

"Don't worry about it. Just don't let it happen again. Would you like to introduce yourself?"

She turned to face the class.

"What's up? My name is (y/n) (l/n) and I'm from Connecticut. I moved here last week." She smiled and looked around at the class. Her eyes passed over the blushing Canadian and her smile seemed to get wider.

"You can sit down next to Gilbert. At the back middle desk."

Matthew turned away as she walked to the back of the classroom. The classroom layout was now:

Gilbert.     (Y/n).      Matthew.     Alfred.

Matthew tried his hardest not to look at (y/n). He thought she was absolutely beautiful. Of course, his insecure mind told him that she was too far out of his league. He sneaked glances at her throughout the lesson. The way she stuck her tongue out a little bit when she concentrated, her eyes gleamed every time something interesting was shown and her delicate hands moving swiftly as she took notes. To Matthew, she was perfect.

Lunchtime came around and he was sat with his friends, Kiku and Gillen. They were the quiet kids. Matthew watched as she sat and laughed with the popular kids. She sat next to his brother and laughed. Gilbert, Mathias and Alfred continued to joke with the (h/c) haired girl.

Matthew was jealous but she looked over at Matt. They shared eye contact and she turned away. He thought he could see a small blush but told himself it was nothing.

A few weeks later, Matthew was walking down the music corridor when he hear someone start to play guitar. He looked inside the room through the small window on the door. (Y/n) was playing guitar and singing. She was singing a rock cover of Kiss the Girl from the little mermaid,

"Sha la la la la la

My oh my

Looks like the boys to shy

Ain't gonna kiss the girl.

Sha la la la la la

Ain't that sad

Ain't that a shame to bad

He's gonna miss the girl."

Matt continued walking but smiled. She sounded amazing.

"Sigh I don't want to miss the girl."

After school, Matthew was walking to Alfred's locker to meet him when he saw his brother talking to (y/n). She was leant against the locker facing Mattie's direction. She saw him and smiled one of her famous smiles.

"Hey Matt" she waved and Matthew couldn't take it any more. He walked towards (y/n) and gently but quickly pulled her face to his and kissed her. She was surprised at first but closed her eyes and melted into the kiss. (Y/n) wrapped her arms around Matthews neck. He moved his arms to her waist and they started to kiss in sync.

They pulled away and looked at each other. They looked into each other's eyes in silence. (Y/n) and Matt both had no words.

"Nice one, Matt. Go get some!" Alfred laughed. Matt blushed and hugged (y/n). He put his head in the crook of her neck to hide his blush. She laughed softly and stroked Mattie's soft blonde hair.

"Je t'aime, (y/n)" He whispered with an adorable French Canadian accent.

"I love you too, Matt." She replied, hugging him back.
