DYO'S POV

This will be the start of my new life.

Two days ago, I announced that I'll be going to America to pursue my dreams. All of them are schocked, especially mom.

FLASHBACK

"I'm going to America..." I'm here at the salas together with BaekYeol, aunt Lucy and mom.

"Son....why?"

"The scholarship at MICAH, the one I was talking you guys about. Well, they called me and asked me if I could do some part-time in one of their establishment under the company." I lied. Yes, I need to.

"I thought you're going to study there?" Mom asked me, still confused.

"Yes, I'm still a scholar but they told me that when I don't have classes, I need to part-time as an apprentice." I explained. That's the deal that I proposed to Mr. Harrison.

END OF FLASHBACK

At the end, they all agreed to it. After all, they can't stop me once I've made up my mind. My University also knew about this and said that it's okay because I'll be graduating with honors.

And tomorrow, tomorrow will be my departure date. At first, mom is so freaked out about my sudden plans but I explained it to her that this is what I wanted- This is my one-shot dream.

I'll be doing this not for anybody else, I'm doing this for myself...

I don't know why I'm here. My stupid feet drag me into this. I pulled out my keys inside my pocket and opened the gate. I entered the house, hoping that he's not here.

But I don't care. I'm too broke to care. Too numb to feel. Too empty to stay. I'll be leaving, and never come back...
