The Outcome Of Our Summer Love (Louis Tomlinson Fan Fic)

As I laid there alone on my bed the night Louis left I had that sinking feeling. I had been trying to sleep for five hours and I just couldn't. I didn't feel safe without him right beside me. I couldn't hide the feeling that I thought he wouldn't come back to me and our baby.

I almost scream. My heart pounds out of my chest. I sit up putting my glasses on. I look at the clock. It's 11:30! I jump out of bed running downstairs.

"Someone forget I was coming over?" Melanie smiles at me.

"Jesus Christ Mel!" I yell. (I rhymed! :p ) "You scared me to death!"

"I came over and your door was still locked. I used my key you gave me to get in and this little boy was wailing for his mummy. I went into your room and you were crying in your sleep." Melanie explains.

"Thank you." I say picking up one of the twins and sitting down beside Mel.

"I think you also forgot to get your refil on depression medication." Melanie says handing me a bottle. "The pharmacy called me and said you didn't come to get it. It was ready a week ago."

"I know." I moan. "I was just trying to prove that I didn't need it. I guess I was wrong." I bite my lip.

"Of course you're wrong Jules. You've tried to kill yourself more than five times in the past three years." Melanie says what I already know. I sigh.

"Mummy! We're gonna go see daddy tonight!" Alex squeals. My eyes widen.

"What did you do?!" I basically yell.

"I may or may not have gotten backstage passes to one of their concerts where you, Alex, Tommy, and I can go see Louis." Melanie bites her lip.

"YOU WHAT?!" I scream. "I can't tell Louis he is the father of our son and daughter!"

"It's time you suck it up and go talk to him." Melanie says.

"You really think they're ready?" I ask.

"Let's get real Juliet. You are the one who isn't ready." Melanie giggles. "Alex and Tom have been ready for two years."

"Are you sure?" I ask.

"I'm more than sure." Melanie smiles.

Being a single mum with twins is extremely difficult when you only have one arm. It's been better since Melanie comes every other day in the morning. We lost contact with Danielle after she became a dancer on X Factor. Maybe a year after Louis left we also lost contact with Stan. That's sucked hard with both of them gone.

"When is the concert?" I ask.

"It's in three days." Melanie answers.

"Mummy?" Tommy asks looking up at me.

"Yes munchkin?" I look down at him.

"What's this?" Tommy holds up a picture of Louis and I in a full snogging session. My cheeks go red. Melanie was in hysterics.

"That is in fact a picture of your father and I together on a tree at a summer camp sharing a small peck. And that is all I will say about that." I say plucking it from his small hands. Melanie's laugh is very contagious so it isn't long until the four of us are laughing.

"Why are we going shopping?" I ask pushing the double-stroller while we walk in the mall.

"You need to impress Louis when you meet him again. Plus, I'm kind of keen to look nice when I meet Harry." Melanie says looking at different stores. I laugh.
