Jess' P.O.V.

We left after the concert in London. We are now in Ireland. Niall won't shut up about being home. Well Harry has yet to talk to me since two days ago. TWO! I am dying. He won't even look at me. I feel like shit honestly. I haven't felt like this since John and Aria. 

"Hey Jess you need to come out here fast!" Niall yelled into our room. Yep we are still rooming together. I went running out into the hallway to be met with....

"OH MY GOD! I CAN'T BELIEVE YOU ARE HERE! NO ONE TOLD ME! AHH!" I screamed jumping (literally) on Nickie. She just started laughing. "Good to see you too!" She responded. "That is all you say to me. I was trying to call you last night and even your mom told me she had no clue where you were! I almost had a panic attack!" I said to her while hugging her again. "Yeah your dad and I planned on surprising you. So we told my mom not to tell you. Sorry it was priceless." Nickie said. 

"Well at least you are here now. Hey come meet the boys." I said dragging her to Zayn and Liam’s’ room. “Hey boys I would like you to meet my best friend Nickie!” I was so excited that she was here. I honestly was lost without her. “Hey.” She said kind of shyly. “Nickie, this is Liam, Louis, Zayn, Harry, and Niall.” I pointed out each boy and they all hugged her. Niall however hugged her longest. “Well it is nice to meet you boys. If you don’t mind I just need to talk to Jess for a bit. Then we can all hang out?” Nickie looked between Harry and I. Great she wants to talk about that.

Nickie’s P.O.V.

I was going to talk to Jess but I can’t do that with the boys around and as much as I would like to hang out with them, it is kind of needed to have that chat. “No we don’t mind at all. Let’s say in an hour we meet at the pool?” Zayn said. “Yeah that sounds great. Umm Niall I guess you are out of a room now that I am here.” I said. “Yeah don’t worry I am rooming with my cousin Deo. He is here.” Niall said. “Great well see you in an hour.” I said as I dragged Jess out of the room.

We got into her room and instantly started talking as I unpacked. “Ok Jess stop trying to go around this conversation. What happened?” I know she didn’t want to talk but we need this. We are best friends and she knows I will never judge her.

“Ok well the last show in London was interesting. Harry told me how he felt and I responded with that I am hard to love. Nickie he can’t be wanting me when I don’t even want myself. I haven’t talked to him since that but it is honestly killing me. I think Niall knows that I have been crying myself to sleep at night. I know he has told the boys because I notice Harry staring at me as if to ask if I am ok. I’m not ok. I just want him so bad but I can’t.” Jess said as tears fell.

“Jess. Listen. This stuff is hard. Yes you have been through some hard shit but he is not like that. You told me he wants to give you the world, right?” She nodded. “Well let him give it to you. You are tough but you need someone like him that will give you the world even when you don’t want it. Jess you never had that. Hell I was dating Joe and he didn’t give me that.” Joe was my ex-boyfriend. He was the star basketball and baseball player at our school. I thought I loved him until one day I realized I didn’t need to be treated like dirt.

“Wait you and Joe broke up?!?! That is honestly amazing.” Jess said with a smile on her face. “Yeah he told me he wanted to be with me but didn’t want to at the same time. I told him to stick it.” I said. I deserve better.

“Hey it looks like our hour is up. Let’s go get our tan on!” I said.

“Nickie, what do I do?” Jess asked. “Jess tell him. You are so ready that it is scaring you. Just tell him. I can be there with you. Just please tell him.” I said as we walked out the door.
