Hey my Jello shots,
I think my writing is becoming shitty... But you guys are the judge. Apparently I'm doing good.
I think otherwise.
Well...You are your tuffest critic.
Anyways.
Story.
ENOCH'S POV
There was an unearthly silence between us.
His blue eyes were trying to see what I was hiding under my trench coat and I was trying to keep myself hidden.
"What's wrong?"
"Nothing's wrong..."
"Then what are you trying to hide?"
"I'm not trying to hide."
"Then take off the trench coat."
"I'm cold." I lied and immediately flinched when he leaned forward.
He sighed and leaned back again, the confusion clearly written on his face.
"I'm not going to hurt you." He frowned.
I puffed my cheeks and crawled towards him shyly, the shadows darkened as my eyes stayed on the dark floor.
"I'm not scared of you hurting me..."
"..."
I plopped down on his lap and placed my hat on his head, revealing the make up on my face. "I'm scared of you leaving me."
He tensed under me as his eyes roamed my face.
I hadn't put on a lot of make up, but the bright cherry red lipstick and brown eyeshadow that shimmered dimly on my eyelids had to be a huge wake up call.
It had taken me an hour or so to get my eyeliner on properly so that it was almost perfectly symmetrical- the left wing was off by 2 degrees.
The blush on my cheeks was faint due to me figuring my natural blushing hue wouldn't need much exaggeration since Jake made me scarlet all the time.
I glanced at my glossy red fingernails that shined as I rested my hands on his shoulders.
"It's stupid... Isn't it?" I puffed my cheeks at him before meeting his eyes.
"You're beautiful in whatever way you chose to present yourself." He blushed as he held my gaze. "The red really compliments your complexion..."
My eyes widened at that. "You really think so?"
"Yeah."
I felt slightly relieved until I realized that there was a few more obstacles I had left to conquer.
His fingers toyed with the buttons of the obsidian trench coat slyly.
"..."
He arched his brow slightly and I forced myself to relax. "I've already stooped this low... I guess you can't run away now..."
His brows knitted together. "Why would I?"
I puffed my cheeks and unbuttoned my coat before letting it slide off my shoulders.
His eyes widened at the black lace decorating my body.
I had managed to get myself into a corset and a thong, but as each silent second passed I began to regret it.
Jake's eyes had never been so bright and empty before.
Perhaps he couldn't figure out how to voice his disgust.
