Chapter 19

707 POV:

It was beautiful seeing her happy. A true amazing sight to see, her smile, the way her hair slightly blows in the wind, every part of her was something truly great. I can tell this girl is going to be in my life for a very long time, I hope forever. Because for once, I feel actually happy.

Y/N and I walk side by side, through the grass. I am taking her to my favorite spot to go and think. It's a beautiful place. She'd be the cherry on top to make the scenery perfect.

"Luciel, just tell me where we are going." Y/N giggles.

"Nope! It's a surprise." I reply, smiling brightly.

"How looooong?" She whined a bit.

"Just a bit further." I say, again. It is funny.

Her eyes are closed, and I'm guiding her with my hand to the spot. She keeps laughing a long the way.

We arrive at the spot and I put my hands over Y/N's eyes gently. I tell her to open her eyes and slowly take my hands off of her. She gasps as she sees the scenery.

We are on a small cliff, looking over a grassy plain, with a river flowing through it, flowers everywhere and a few horses grazing in the field.

"It's beautiful." She says, admiring the beauty.

"I know. Truly a work of art." I say, staring out over the cliff.

She nods in response and I look at her. She slowly turns to look at me and I realize we are still holding hands.

She looks down at out hands and blushing, realizing the same thing herself.

She gives my hand a squeeze and looks at me again. I slowly snake my arms around her small waist and pull her close. I bring my face closer to hers and our lips are almost touching.

Ring!!!!

Great. Her phone starts ringing. Just great.

We pull away fast, blushing at what almost happened. She pulls out her phone and answers it.

"H-hello?" She asks.

I hear small talk on the other end, to quiet for me to make out.

Her face pales and she goes stiff, "Uhh....no......" she says. I realize her hands are shaking. She's trembling.

"Y-yep....okay....bye." She says and hangs up.

"Y/N?...Are you okay?..." I ask her.

She stumbles back a bit, and collapses to her knees. I rush over to her and wrap my arms around her, holding her up. "Y/N!" I say, concerned.

"I-its........they.....s-she.......L-L......Lilith..." she whispers out the last word. A name?

"Who's Lilith?" I ask her.

"My parents.....Lilith is not dead." She says, and looks at me.
